The property is presented in an immaculate condition throughout. Walking through the front door takes you into the bright hall where you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you will need. To the rear of the property is the living room with a comfy sofa and chairs, Smart TV, dining table, chairs (an extra chair can be found in the cupboard under the stairs) and patio to the garden. This floor is completed with a separate toilet and wash basin. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, and the family bathroom completes this floor. There is an enclosed rear garden suitable for pets, with a patio area, and table and chairs for al-fresco dining. There is a parking area adjacent to the property with parking for up to two vehicles.

Inverness is the capital of the Highlands and has something for everyone to enjoy, with four golf courses, fishing in the River Ness, fantastic walks with spectacular scenery and access to nature, bowling alley, swimming pool with flumes, theatre, cinema, trampoline park, selection of local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Take in the area exploring Culloden Battlefield, the last battle of Jacobite Rising with its visitors centre and interactive exhibition.
