Location - close to everything. View from the top floor. Size of the space. Cleanliness. Able to request early check-in/bag drop off and late check out. Able to ask questions prior to stay. Loved the light from the side lamps.

We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. Concrete stairs were hard on the knees.

A smooth and enjoyable stay in a great city apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The space was clean, thoughtfully set up, and had all the essentials for a comfortable short break. The beds were cosy, and the apartment felt calm and homely. Access was simple with clear instructions for the keybox, and having parking available was a big plus. A very smooth and pleasant stay overall.

Apartment was immaculate, had coffee and tea and fresh milk an added bonus. Everything one would need dishwasher, washing machine, two large bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen.

Very disappointed with the smell of the property. Lots of air fresheners but all done so clearly a known problem but more should be done as a nice property.

Clean, tidy and comfy!

It was very clean, very comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The coffee, milk, and tea were a nice touch. We also appreciated the Christmas tree as we were there for the Christmas holidays. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the centre. Having two bathrooms, including one in the room, was a real luxury. Netflix was also available, so we could enjoy a movie with the family. Thank you again!

To be honest, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was easy to find, but during the booking process a main address is shown, so we initially thought it was located there - probably just our misunderstanding. Overall, everything has its pros and cons, but the information on how to access the property was very clear.

Fantastic stay at Inverness

Location was good and the unit was clean. They even provided the basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and oil. There was also coffee, tea , sugar and fresh milk in the fridge. There was kitchen napkins and foil provided as well. (again not sure if this is their standard or left by the last guest) Water pressure in the bathrooms were good and so was the heating. We even had Netflix. (not sure if it was left by the last guest though) Property was near a mall and there is also restaurants and shops along the way. It was a lovely place and we enjoyed it very much.

This property did not have a lift, only stairs. so we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs. the parking is a 3 minute walk at the Mall. You can stop in front of the property to unload your bags before driving to park your vehicle. You are given pre paid parking tickets based on the number of days you are staying so you can only go in/out once a day. I think anything more, you may need to pay for the parking on your own. This was not a problem for us.

Fantastic accommodation, linen and towels exceptional quality. Clean facilities comfortable beds and all round somewhere you could live in, provided everything from dishwasher liquid and clothes detergent down to basic kitchen necessities.

Comfortable stay in modern Inverness old city apartment

Clean, excellent location, nice accommodations. Loved the washer & dryer and beautiful kitchen. Bed very comfortable. Would stay again. Convenient location and easy walking distance to multiple great restaurants and river walk.

Parking is in the mall, slight inconvenience but not deal breaker as paid for as part of your stay and close walking distance.

Long way up to Apartment 6 and 7. Four flights of stairs starting with the entrance up to reception. Needs a luggage hoist - actually needs an elevator but other than this it was really, really nice. Excelent location,very clean and well decorated. We just stayed for one night but It,s ideal for a long stay. Weare a family of five and It was very spacious with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The internet was not very good, they said It was dure to Floris Storm that passed through a vast part of Scotland. Maybe access to parking is not quite easy but in general It is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Highlands

A tremendously comfortable stay in a perfect location!

The apartment was extremely well-equipped and entirely comfortable. In fact, we could easily have stayed for weeks with no objections. Moreover, it is perfectly located within easy walk of restaurants, sites, and shopping. We really couldn't have picked a better base from which to explore and enjoy Inverness.

This is a minor quibble, but the apartment's central location brings a certain amount of street noise - pedestrian and vehicular. We viewed this as a simple trade-off for the incredible easy access to city amenities.

Properties located in a fantastic part of town. The suite was absolutely one of the cleanest properties that I have ever stayed at.

Kitchen could use a few more items for those that would really like to be able to cook meals. Such as some type of bowls with lids to be able to put leftovers in the refrigerator, and new ice trays.

So glad we picked this place

The apartment was very well appointed with all the mod cons that anyone travelling would need. The location was outstanding with top restaurants and shopping all on the doorstep. The concierge, 3 n total over our stay were all very helpful and friendly.

There is extremely poor air flow through the apartment which makes it smell fairly musty. The ability to hold the large heavy doors open would alleviate this issue. It’s also very hot in the apartment. When we arrived it was only 20 degrees outside but because the apartment was all shut up it was like a sauna in there. Made for a bit of uncomfortable first nights sleep until I opened all the windows up and propped the doors open for a day.
