They keys were readily available by the front door. The rental was very nice and had everything one would need for a multiple day stay.
The street on which the property is located is very, very narrow for parking. Also, on trash pick up day you have to move your car to another street the night before. We didn't know the trash pick up was very early, so we didn't move our car until 7AM on trash pick up day and were told by the neighbor that trash wasn't picked up because we hadn't moved our car. This was not real clear in the instructions.

Great location in relation to the city. Walk to everything. Everything we needed in the apartment- cozy and warm. Beautiful garden!
Could have used more towels. Also be aware - there are stairs, fairly steep no handrails. Read the instructions more carefully than I did and you’ll find the lockbox easily!
