Inverness City Centre Apartment with Elevator and Google Chromecast

The lift was not working, and although the host did message me to tell me ahead of time and offered to cxl the nonrefundable payment I'd made for the 2nd floor rental - and I responded "two flights of stairs shouldn't be a problem," turns out the '2nd floor' was three flights up and 60-70 steps with one member of our party carrying luggage all the way up on an arthritic knee. Adding to the stress was that the flat had no signage or street number/address that we could see, no place to stop near the flat to drop off luggage and no parking within 10 minutes with parking options not thoroughly explained. That said, the flat was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were quite nice.

Location was fantastic really central

The property was incredibly clean with all the amenities needed. It felt comfortable and safe, and was such a short walk to everything! An absolute wonderful place to stay.

Excellent location, easy access to apartment with keybox. Well supplied with linen and towels. Breakfast foods greatly appreciated and kitchen well stocked.

Hot water temperature in shower was far too hot for comfort, multiple attempts to adjust were unsuccessful. By Saturday night however hot water was gone, could not get any hot water for a shower which was very inconvenient. As a consequence, we could not shower before our Saturday night ceilidh.
