Location (close to city center and River Ness). Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything I needed. Good communication with the host.

Clean, spacious, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable .
Distance to everything.
Easy check in and check out.
Communication with owner was a big plus.
We had requested for two single duvets.
Were provided with one double and a throw. Managed just fine but, two single would have been more comfortable.

Excellent location, fully equipped spacious modern kitchen well stocked with condiments and kitchen essentials, new washer/dryer, spotlessly clean, access to streaming, tastefull decor. Kamil is a great guy. He's proud of his flat and wants guests to be happy. Very responsive to queries.
It's a little annoying having to re-convert the sofa to a bed each time. The bathroom is quite small. Some more hooks to hang towels on would be good.
