Amazing location near the city centre and shops. The flat was very cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Pammy has been great at communicating and answering any questions. Also convenient parking!
Wifi was working fine on the phone but we couldn't work out the smart tv. This wasn't a big issue for us at all!

Flat was nice enough and equipped with the basics needed for a one night stay. Flat was very clean apart from the negative below. Very good location.
There is NOT a sofa bed (just a large sofa) and shouldn’t be advertised as such as it’s misleading. The owner informed me after I booked - I could have cancelled but couldn’t find anything else. We needed the additional bed and the owner was aware of this and yet no bedding was put out and we were told that it was in a cupboard. Bedding here was tatty and grubby looking, carelessly chucked into a cupboard along with brooms and cleaning products (could it not have been put in a storage bag at least?) We didn’t want to use it because of this, so had to make do with sharing bedding from one of the made up beds. On top of this there was no door on the living room (didn’t know/health and safety?) which meant there was absolutely no privacy at all. Very brusque communication from owners which was borderline rude. Musty smell.
