Immaculate, Stylish Stay with Thoughtful Hosts — A True Gem

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean home. The hosts were outstanding—communicating promptly and offering great tips on local sights and restaurants. The property is well-appointed, with everything we needed, including high-quality kitchenware, easy key access, and convenient parking. The location is excellent with easy walking distance to amazing restaurants such as the River Café and Rocpool and we would recommend experiencing a celidh at the Highlander. The house was incredibly comfortable for four people and truly the best place we've stayed in for a long time. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

There wasn’t anything we disliked, but a small suggestion would be to include a diagram for the towel rack heating switches, as they’re flush with the wall and a bit tricky for those unfamiliar with the system.

We just loved our stay here, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very homely! Owners were very friendly and nice!

We wished the thermostat in the bedrooms would’ve gone up higher than 17 degrees and that the duvets would have been a bit wider in the single beds.

the house looked exactly as on photos and was fully equipped for the stay. plus it was clean and instructions were helpful. i particularly liked the living room and master bedroom with the tub.

Couldn’t recommend Frisco Villas more highly!!

My brother, sister and I stayed here. It was a lovely accommodation and well stocked with everything you need. The apartment was very clean. The owners sent terrific instructions on use of devices, etc (washer/dryer, thermostat, etc) and a terrific list of suggested places activities in the area. It is a very short walk into town, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. My sister left her Kindle and the owner very kindly alerted us and mailed it to her without accepting any payment for the trouble. Couldn’t ask for more.

What an incredible place to stay! Beautifully appointed and SO clean and welcoming. The location was perfect and quiet - just a short stroll into the city centre. Parking at the back was appreciated. We did feel pampered and would thoroughly recommend staying here!

STAY HERE when in Inverness!

This place was awesome! We had stayed in various apartments in many countries during our travels and this one stood out in our memory for a number of reasons. Firstly, the cleanliness. It was spotless - thanks to Simona who did a fantastic job! Secondly, the under-floor heating which could be individually controlled by zones. It provided even heating throughout - which radiator pipe and electric radiators would not be able to. We were surprised to see this in the villa as the only other place where we had experienced this was in Seoul. (Under-floor heating is a pretty common feature in South Korea). Thirdly, service was excellent. We could not turn on the heated towel rails despite reading the instructions. Although it was a Saturday, my phone call for assistance was responded to immediately and Simona appeared at the door within minutes. We did not know that we had to turn on the other small switch besides the main switch. Perhaps that could be added to the instructions. Fourthly, the villa was a good size for the 3 of us and was well appointed with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Across was a grocery store which was extremely convenient. There was private parking for our car at the back which was useful when we made day trips to Loch Ness and the surrounding areas but we did not need the car within Inverness as the villa was a few minutes walk from the town centre and the fabulous River House Restaurant. Finally, the copper tub might look like a gimmick but turned out useful for a soak after a long day.

This was something special, excellent property, everything was done to a high standard, from the crockery to the furnishings and the lovely touches in the bathrooms with the choice of toiletries, and bath robes. Location to bars and Restaurants and was ideal for our visit.

Amazing apartment

Amazing apartment, beautifuly furnished & everything just right, couldn't recommend it enough, handy spar shop just across the road & short walk into town, we had a lovely weekend break here, one of the nicest self catering accommodations we have stayed in, thank you so much 😊

It was such a shame the weather wasn't too good when we were there as we didn't get the chance to sit outside in the lovely little decked area, with doors opening onto this area from both bedrooms.

Location, cleanliness, parking and finish of the apartment we're all great

Double bed in the master felp a bit flimsy and was too small for us to fit in comfortably (husband is 6'2") and the underfloor heating didn't work the whole time we were there unfortunately. The owner tried to help us with this and provided fan heaters but it didn't get rectified for our stay. More towels would have also been useful.

Beautiful inside & outside and definitely our favourite accommodations on our trip to Scotland.

This place was a high end apartment beautifully decorated in Fraser clan pictures and memorabilia. The bathrooms were like being in a spa, and the copper soaking tub was a bonus. They stored our luggage both when we arrived early and after check out until we had to catch a train to Aberdeen. It was close to restaurants, and the walking bridge to get downtown. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your stay in Inverness.
