- sehr schönes Haus, geräumig und sehr nett eingerichtet
- umfassend ausgestattet (incl. Verbrauchsmaterial wie Küchenpapier, Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel etc.)
- schöner kleiner Garten mit Sitzecke, heller kleiner Wintergarten zum Teetrinken am Morgen, sehr große Küche, geräumiges, helles Wohnzimmer, großes Esszimmer, schöne Schlafzimmer, eigener Parkplatz
- sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Straße nahe der Innenstadt
- Anders als in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben, hat das Haus keine "river views".
- Die Dusche in einem der beiden Badezimmer funktioniert nur bedingt.
