Wonderful quiet apartment that had everything we needed.

Wonderful apartment, quiet street, easy parking, easy to walk to grocery store and not too far from center of town with restaurants and shopping. Inside the apartment we loved the spacious kitchen, lots of drawer space, comfortable beds and seating in the common areas.

Our only complaint is that the shower was difficult to operate and the door to the upstairs bathroom was very creaky, so when family members went to shower in the morning it woke up those sleeping nearby.

Unwelcoming entrance way, ensure essential services are well maintained & in working order

It had plenty of room It had a drier, which was great, however it sits in the middle of the kitchen & doesn’t appear to vent out so not sure how healthy that is!!

On arrival, walk past many rubbish bins to a very unwelcoming, dark, dirty & dingy entrance. First night shower handle broke off rendering shower unusable. The host, when called, blamed it on previous guests! She said she’d tried to fix it that day but obviously not successful. She also suggested if we weren’t happy to wait until the next day for a repair that she would refund us & we could move out!!! It was 9.30 at night & this was not acceptable customer service! Inverness was at peak season, most restaurants were completely booked out, we wouldn’t have even attempted trying to find something that suited our 3 night stay for 3 people! Her husband then came around, did a temporary repair & it was evident that this issue had been going on for quite sometime & hadn’t just happened that day!! The following day a new shower unit was successfully installed. Advertised as two bathrooms, second bathroom is only a toilet so should be 1.5 bathroom NOT 2 Some tired mismatched linen

This property was a complete disappointment and nothing like the listing photos. It was dirty, smelly, and in a state of disrepair. It was not fit to stay in, and we had no choice but to leave immediately and book hotels at our own expense for the remainder of our trip. The kitchen was falling to pieces, the front door insecure, black mould on several walls and windows that did not close. This was an incredibly stressful experience and ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. As well as costing us extra money which should have been for our holiday.

Rude host Half the lights in the property don't work. The mattress in one of the bedrooms has broken springs and sags when you sit on it. The washing machine was not working and when I called the host to complain he put the phone down.. Repeated calls went unanswered.. What a waste of money....

There were six of us. There was plenty of room in all the bedrooms and lounge. We didn’t expect milk, cereal, and tea cakes! It is a nice property. The location was very convenient. And, a short walk to The Waterfront restaurant with live music!!

No lock on the downstairs half bath? For the privacy minded!!

Bastante mejorable

La casa por dentro estaba bien y estaba limpia aunque no impecable.

La entrada es realmente impactante. Parecería un edificio completamente deshabitado y abandonado (adjunto imagen). Creo que debería aparecer en el anuncio para ser trasparentes con los huéspedes. Además, en una zona del techo de la entrada, se ve un agujero con maderas rotas, por lo que puede hacer dudar de la estabilidad del edificio. En las fotos se ven troncos al lado de la chimenea pero allí no habían para poder encenderla. La mesa del salón, que es la única que hay en toda la casa, es pequeña y solamente tiene tres sillas, por lo que no pudimos sentarnos todos juntos. El toallero eléctrico no funcionaba. El calefactor no tenía el típico cordón para poderlo encender. En las sábanas de la cama que me tocó a mí, había un cabello y un pelo púbico (el resto bien).
