Ideal location for a city break.

Spacious, well decorated, clean flat. Close to the town centre, which was a 10 minute beautiful walk route along the river. The rooms were all good size. Comfortable beds.

Great couple of nights in Inverness. Wouldn’t hesitate booking here again. Host was fantastic.

The apartment is very well appointed and there is lots of information available to help make yourself feel at home quickly. Very short walk to the river and across into town. Easy access with a car and parking available on site. The host was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

Our first impression of the local area was a touch concerned, however whilst the local area isn’t high-end, the apartment inside was presented very well and never felt unsafe in the area. It’s a great location just near the river and there is some good local shops, restaurants etc that overcome this. A high end hotel across the river highlights how good the overall area actually is and I’m sure their pricing was much steeper than this. So it was a lesson not to judge the book by the cover and enjoy many of the same benefits at a budget rate.

This was a lovely property with all the facilities we needed. It was spacious and comfy and was in an excellent location to do a walking tour of the city. An unexpectedly quiet location!

A nice property in a great location with unfortunately a few somewhat significant down sides.

A nice flat in a great location for Inverness, maybe a 10 min walk to the centre. Supermarkets nearby. Host answered questions in a timely manner.

I couldn't find a thermostat for the heating other than individual ones on radiators which I turned down after the first night as it was far too warm. The toilet roll holder should really be at least a foot further forward on the wall, it is directly above the side of the toilet seat with very little space in between. Taking the (not insignificant) security deposit and booking cost in consecutive transactions caused some issues with my card provider thinking it was fraudulent, I wonder if these could have been processed at different times and avoided the issue. The listing mentions quiet hours which is completely fair enough, but upon reading the entry instructions it said that the property 'has noise and occupancy level monitoring to ensure house rules are complied with. You will be asked to leave the property if these conditions are broken and will forfeit any payment and deposit.' I asked for further information on this and the noise level I was given, when Googled, suggests that it's the equivalent to the noise of a dishwasher which I don't consider to be excessively loud and indeed there is a dishwasher in the property. No detail was given with regards to if this was only during quiet times or if it was 24/7 or how long any 'noise' would have to last, or 'if it's a one strike and you're out' situation to trigger being asked to leave. We were not ejected but it did put everyone a bit on edge when in the property which is a shame. I completely understand that this property is in a residential area and nobody wants to disturb the neighbours, but I have not come across somewhere before which has actual monitoring of decibels let alone only notifies you about it after final payment is taken so there's no chance to cancel. It was a nice stay in a nice property otherwise.

Great Property. Big, clean .. had everything we needed and more. Easy walk to centre of Inverness via the lovely River Ness and over the bridge. Great parking, we could see our car out the window.

Clean and bright apartment

The quality of furnishings were of good quality and done tastefully. Appreciated that there was coffee, tea and milk. Ample nice towels and the bedding was really good quality. The flat was bright and open. The location quiet, yet really well situated to be able to walk anywhere. Free nice parking was wonderful. Clear instructions to get there and gain entry.

Great place, comfortable and very convenient.

Great location, responsive host. The apartment was 10-15 min walk to the city centre, 5 minutes from grocery/convenience stores, well appointed house with all that we needed in the kitchen and coffee/tea/sugar supplies as well. We were able to leave our car in the allocated parking space for an extended period after checking out on the last day, while we spent time in the city, which was very helpful.

Self catering so needed to buy in or go out for breakfast. However so many other items needed for a stay were provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, which all went to make for a very pleasant couple of days. Very comfortable beds

Information about controlling electronic devices... In my opinion the host should trust his guests or control them personally not by any devices. It makes us feel uncomfortable. The sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep in. Matterace had a raw springs in it...

Location was great. Within few mins you could walk to restaurants, the castle and shops. Plus parking was easy as there is a dedicated spot for the car.

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. A suggestion would be to provide a thick topper for future guests so that they won't feel the metal springs. We used the bed throws as another layer the second night so we could sleep bit better.
