Right in middle of everything all the eating places were close by

Hot Water system after ten minutes the hot water finishes and then we have to wait al least half an hour

Great Location

Great location, lots of space, good facilities, clean and tidy.

Wasp nest on the door step, which we were sent spray to use to get rid of them. Hot water tap in the bathroom sink not working.

Nice to be able to cook, do laundry and watch tv

It was roomy and had all we needed to eat at home. The beds were too hard for my liking but if you don’t mind a stiffer bed it’s a great place. You can walk to the mall and grocery store even if you are not in great shape. Being able to wash my clothes was really nice.

The beds were on the hard side. They have springs so they are probably older.

The property is in an excellent location

When we walked in, the house smelled unclean, so much so that we went to Tesco and bought candles and air fresheners for the place the first night. The windows were filthy, there were cobwebs throughout and we were left with a disgusting dishwater brush to use (pictured) We also ran out of hot water multiple times (which we were warned about about and told that it would take a couple of hours for the tank to refill). However the hot water did not allow for even 2 quick showers and one of the days we had the last shower at 9 am and went to fill the bath at 5 pm only for the water to be stone cold.

Property is good for those who don’t opt for cooking

Free parking space in front of the house. Good neighbourhood. Good location. Bedrooms and living room was Cody and comfortable.

Cooking hob and hood definitely needs to be changed. Hob was taking ages to get heated and the hood was extremely noisy. No dishwasher. Only warm water was available and not hot water.

A great 2 bedroom apartment. The place was in a great location and the communication was great. A very minor thing but the front bedroom was not big enough to have luggage so put in the lounge room are which worked out fine. The beds were very comfortable. Had a great 3 nights staying here. Great place to stay and explore Inverness. We had 2 vehicles so the parking area was great.

Grateful we were only staying for one night, a few issues that need to be adddressed, but overall just about acceptable.

Excellent location, convenient ground floor access suited us as one of us has mobility issues.

Major issue for us - restricted access to the double bedroom, room is not big enough to accommodate a double bed, the door to the room was restricted in its opening. Trip hazard caused by the carpet lifting at the door to the kitchen. Strong smell of curry in the flat when we arrived. Beds were very uncomfortable - mattress’s were too soft and unsupportive for us.

Comfortable apartment close to city centre

Located very close to city centre and in a quiet cul de sac. Apartment was well appointed. Good shower and there was noproblem parking .

Bed in main bedroom was to big for the room, resulting in the door not being able to open fully.

Enjoyable, would come again.

The location was wonderful. The house is cute and cozy. Nadir was a great host. Inverness is an amazing city and we really enjoyed our stay.

As it’s not really a luxurious stay, I do believe the price could go down a notch. The hot water in the bathroom is also only enough for one 20 min shower at most, this could use some improvement.

For a group of 5, this was too small. One of the rooms had a double bed which basically took the whole room area, the room door could be be opened halfway only because of the bed. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The kitchen was old and dirty, cooking utensils not suitable to be used.

it was nice and clean. very convenient. the host was very responsive and the kitchen was well equipped with crockery glassware, knives, tea coffee, salt and sugar, dishwashing material and material to wash clothes. very handy

The door of the bedroom didn’t open fully as it was small with a double bed in. the kitchen needs a smaller pan for eggs.

Friendly owner. Very accommodating and would offer advice especially as we had problem due to railway strike (thank you!). Amenities were spot on. Comfortable bed. Area is quiet.

Location is alright if you are younger and only had backpacks. Unfortunately I have elderly with me and luggages. I thought it's 15mins walk but probably took almost half an hour (from the bus station). Taxi and bus are ok to use to and from the accommodation but can be expensive in the long run. The last thing I didn't like was the double bed near the front door. You can't open the door fully nor can you get your luggages without bumping into anything. There's no space at all. Probably better to remove one of the bedside table and reposition the bed? Anyhow, it's not a deal breaker and still enjoyed our stay.

Glad we only stayed 1 night.

Location was good.

1 bedroom only had about 50cm to walk through the door as the double bed was simply too big for the room, we could not open the door properly. If you were above an average body size there was no way you were getting into the bedroom. Other bedroom had no curtain, only a light blind and as we stayed during Scottish summer this simply was not ideal. It is not dark untill 11pm and light again at 4am. A curtain is necessary. Otherwise the flat was OK. One person's version of luxury is not another person's.
