Location was excellent, recommendations were spot on as provided by host
I did feel it may be slightly overpriced, but could be that I’m just not familiar with local rates. Another larger apartment across the street I stayed in was cheaper.

The place was a good size. Tesco only a short walk away and nice pubs around the corner.
Washing machine was a bonus.
The apartment was clean. Good communication with host.
The building was badly in need of renovation, the common areas were old and dirty. (That's not the fault of the host but it wasn't a pleasant experience entering the building).
The unit is located at the top of the building requiring walking up a few flights. Just an FYI for those that might have difficulty managing their bags, rather than a criticism.

Very helpful host very accommodating.
Not very sound proof from the street below but that was fine for a 1 night stay. Also, a ‘welcome pack” was described on the kitchen table - this welcome pack was 1 packet of cheap biscuits that were going out of date! 🤣 We found this amusing and it didn’t affect us - but a small bottle of milk might have been more welcoming! I would recommend this place for a short stay. Brett was very helpful, good host.
