Great location but Rude Host

The location is insanely good. It is within 5 minutes walking distance of the river within 10-15 minutes of all major attractions in Inverness. Avoid if a storm is predicted and you're stuck inside.

The host neither informed us nor left any manual explaining how the heaters worked in the property. As a result, we were unable to modify the settings to heat the property on the second night - during which Storm Amy had landed in Inverness and other parts of Scotland. This led to an extremely uncomfortable night in which none of us got sleep. Instead of helping us figure out the problem or accept the feedback, the host resorted to rudely passing comments on what's considered cold. In addition to this, the shower only operated in extremes. Walls are like cardboard - you can hear someone cough in the living room from the bedroom despite a closed room. Moreover, the lock is extremely frustrating as it takes quite long to light up the number pad. Overall, a poor experience made worse by the storm and the hosts' rude behavior.

Great value close to downtown.

This apartment worked well for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. It was an easy walk to downtown Inverness and we had no issues with parking. We stayed 2 nights, both were quiet and comfortable.

We had planned to do some laundry here but the dryer did not work. There was no dish soap or detergent for the dishwasher either.

A comfortable, clean holiday accommodation close to City Centre with good transport links.

This is an apartment, not bed & breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked making the holiday home from home. The furniture was modern and comfortable. We particularly liked using the door code as no worries about using or losing keys. We appreciated having separate bedrooms unlike sharing in a hotel.

The bedroom with the double bed in it had a damp smell in the wardrobe. The TV had a very poor signal but the owner came out to improve that when contacted . The shower head in the bathroom could have been cleaner and perhaps replaced for better efficiency.

Stellar apartment

This place was really well kitted out. It was great to make a home cooked meal & get some washing in for the 2nd leg of our holiday. We regret we couldn’t stay longer. Absolutely recommend this place for ease of parking and it’s fantastic location - walking distance to shops and facilities. The apartment had everything you need, clean and well designed.

We would of liked an extra pillow but we still had a decent sleep as it was.

GREAT location, everything within walking distance. The flat was really well equipped and tidy!

It was all lovely but the sofa bed was really awful. There was a metal bar through part of it, that you couldn't avoid. So unfortunately two of us haven't slept! But we would definitely come back as a family of 4. EDIT: After leaving my review, which was very good. The manager of the accommodation deemed it sutible to message me and question what I had said. Tried to tell me that the mattress topper was available, which we used on the sofa bed, (which was actually dirty and stained, I had left that out of the original review). The topper did absolutely nothing to help with the comfort. I wasn't the first to point out how uncomfortable the bed was! I said I would come back, but now I definitely wouldn't be. I should not be questioned or harassed over a fair and honest review.
