Characteristic Alpen hotel in majestic place in Italian Alpes. Stylish, clean, well maintained, helpful and friendly staff. Very picturesque outskirts. Free private parking, good breakfast, inc. local and healthy products.

To reach hotel by car is a real challenge (from both Italian and Swiss sides) even at summertime, even don't want to think about it at snowy winter time. Not for faint-heart drivers

what a lovely hotel , the staff is amazing , 2 ladies in the restaurant were perfect, welcome drink upon arrival , kitchen was closed and we were hungry but the lady made a cold plate with a local cheese and ham, room had a small balcony with a nice view, amazing comfortable bed with very good mattresses I slept like a baby , had a dinner in restaurant some pizza and was very tasty ! and very cheap ! parking in front of the hotel free of charge , there is a huge terrace and big restaurant you can choose were to have, diner, lunch or afternoon drink the receptionist/manager/owner made the stay even better felt like a VIP quest all the time thank you for your hospitality breakfast ist served from 8:00-10:00 i like to sleep longer but made it just before closing , the breakfast was good choice of everything what you can ask , very good coffee and local fresh milk , amazing service from the lady even had a chance to get a scrambled eggs (9:45) and served with a smile thank you will be definitely back soon

This hotel is run by a family which makes you feel at home as soon as you enter. We just stayed one night but it was a very memorable experience because of the outstanding and friendly service by Raoul and his family. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant that offers local dishes cooked to perfection. The rooms are very clean and modern. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic facilities options, fantastic service from the first minute we arrived ( 5* service ), great food. Erica was a delight. Spa was perfect after a busy few days in Milan.

Breakfast was a little unclear, however when asked the staff delivered all they could.

Unexpectedly elegant, pristine, full of amenities, wonderful pizzeria, sumptuous accompaniments with every meal, but what made the visit truly special was the warm and generous reception by the staff and the family that runs the hotel. We will never forget their kindness.

We was on our Motorbike tour then we got our spontaneous Booking with the Hotel thru this site, it s work perfectly. We had a great stay, the view of location, the room is very clean and have their authentic with originality of design. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte arrivando il sabato mattina. Nonostante il check-in fosse previsto alle 15, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli e ci hanno accompagnati alle piste con il loro furgone, venendoci poi a riprendere: servizio ripetuto anche il giorno successivo. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, hotel molto bello e curato. Ottima la cena e assolutamente consigliata anche la SPA.

Hier wird Gastfreundschaft noch großgeschrieben! Vom herzlichen Empfang über das frisch renovierte Zimmer mit superbequemen Betten (wir wären gerne länger geblieben) und dem eigenen Balkon mit herrlichem Bergblick, bis zum Abendessen mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten und dem einladenden Frühstücksbuffet – einfach alles war perfekt. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, frische Bergluft und eine ruhige Nacht rundeten diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt ab. Perfekt für eine Übernachtung auf der Reise und sicher auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
