Beautiful hotel

Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Proximity to the train that takes you up to the mountain. The breakfast is very nice and it is also possible to have dinner at the hotel. Food was really good!

The feeling we had upon arrival was that the hosts are not really friendly and communicative. Sure, we were taken to our room, but no details about the breakfast or anything was provided to us. We had to ask for every detail and had the feeling we were disturbing them each time we did. To sum it up, the communication was rather impersonal with the staff. Although great potential of the location, room lacked personality and was a little loud because of the proximity to one of the roads. During the morning, this was rather disturbing as loud motorcycles passed by. The property is behind the church, so you can easily miss the entrance, especially that the sign on the street points to the other side of the street as you drive by. The GPS takes you to the road near the property, from which you don't have any possibility to enter the yard, so you have to turn back. After experiencing this, price seems a little high for what the property offers.

Nice and helpful service, the hotel and restaurant is run by the family. Very well located on the crossroads of the walking tracks, Campodolcino center and walking distance to the funicular. Good restaurant in the same building, delicious meals in good price.

There could be more vegetables on the breakfast.

Das Frühstück war meinen Erwartungen entsprechend. Es war alles vorhanden und vor allem war der Kaffee hervorragend. Das Nachtessen war sehr gut - es wurde sogar eine kleine Fleischplatte als Starter offeriert

È un posto ordinato, pulito, caratteristico. Sicuramente a migliorare il tutto c'è stato uno staff accogliente e cordiale. La colazione è abbondante e mi piace che, essendo anche ristorante, ha la possibilità di cenare. La colazione è abbondante e c'è varierà.

La sola "pecca" (se così la si vuol chiamare) è la presenza del bagno, seppur privato, esterno alla camera.

Von den Bewertungen hatte ich hohe Erwartungen, die aber alle nicht erfüllt wurden. Schade

Das Abendmenü hat inkl. Getränke Bier und Softdrinks pro Person 31 € gekostet und war gut. Besonders die Gnocchis waren sehr lecker.

Wir kamen nach einem Stau durch Viehtrieb in den Bergen erst spät an. Aber noch ausreichend Zeit für die warme Küche. Von den Bewertungen her habe ich mich auf die Unterkunft gefreut und war dann über den Service sehr enttäuscht. Unser englisch ist nicht so gut und beim Empfang wurde sehr schnell gesprochen und man fühlte sich abgefertigt. Mit dem Zimmer gab es wohl auch ein Problem, weil man hat diskutiert und zuletzt und statt einem DZ hatten wir dann ein VZ ganz oben unterm Dach und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Bad war wohl neu gemacht und groß. Beim Abendesssen gab es keine Speisekarte und wir verstanden die englische Übersetzung auch nicht immer. Es gab also keine Karte und keine Preise. Man konnte immer zwischen zwei bis drei Sachen je Gang wählen. Ich hätte mich wenigstens über einen Aufsteller gefreut auf dem die Speisen gestanden wären. Das hätte man ja mit Kreide schreiben können und so das Menü jeden Tag anpassen. Die Bedienung, die kein englisch Sprach war sehr nett konnte uns aber nicht verstehen und die junge Bedienung war auch sehr nett und konnte englisch. Schön wäre es auch gewesen, wenn man bei dem heißen Wetter draußen Sitzen hätte können. Draußen gab es auf einer einen sehr großen Holztisch und vor dem Lokal ein paar kleine Tische. Trotz dieser Möglichkeiten durfte man nicht draußen Essen. Ich verstehe nicht warum. Das Frühstück wäre draußen auch schön gewesen. Und wo man den Tisch abräumt ist doch egal. Als wir zum Frühstück kamen wurde kaum Notiz von uns genommen. Nach dem Kaffee musste ich Fragen und wurde angeschaut als ob ich etwas besonderes wolle. Vielleicht lag es aber auch wieder an der Sprachbarriere. Bei der frischen Marmelade gab es keine kleinen Schälchen, aber das ist ja nicht schlimm. Macht man es halt auf den Teller. Aber Löffel gab es da halt auch keine. Da ich nirgends Löffel finden konnte habe ich den für den Kaffee genommen und später auch Müsli mit dem gegessen. Apelstrudel, auch ohne Messer dabei.

Der Empfang war schon äusserst kühl,nach hoch und runter im erstem Haus,doch ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude bekommen! Im Zimmer befanden sich,Bett,Schrank,Kofferablage,sonst nix! Nach 420km Motorradtour,gings zum Abendessen,im Restaurant!!! Wir hatten das Beefsteak mit Tagesbeilage😝 Das Steak war dünn wie eine Scheibe Wurst(Nicht übertrieben) allerhöchstens 40 gramm,dazu Prinzess Bohnen,die nur warm gemacht wurden,wie auch immer,ohne jegliches Gewürz,einfach nur im Wasser,dazu ein Stück „Polenta“,das wirklich nach,Arsch und Friedrich geschmeckt hat! Unzumutbar!!!!! 55€ mit cola und einem Wasser,dann hungrig ins Bett! Das Italienische Frühstück,ein Desaster,Eier selber kochen,Toast selber toasten,auswahl an abgepackter Sch….,war hervorragend!!! Sowas hab ich echt als sehr viel Reisender noch nicht erlebt!!!
