A lovely hotel in a great location

Breakfast was good, and the evening meal was very good. We were touring on motorcycles and this hotel is very safe for bikes and in a great location for touring

We loved the staff and the dining experience!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptional. We enjoyed the dining atmosphere and the views from the dining room windows.

The highway was part of our window view in our room. It detracted slightly from the overall ambience.

The location of the hotel is truly amazing. It is on a hill among the hills. You get truly amazing views. Also very close to a lake. The staff also are very polite. Breakfast was yummy and tasty

Beautiful experience in the mountains

We loved our experience here. Location is beautiful, in the mountains and close to the main road. The room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and the view of the Terrace breathtaking.

Cozy family hotel right next to the road to San Bernandino Pass. Solid equipment, reasonably sized rooms, vintage style. Good served breakfast.

Close to the main road, which is great if you are tired and want to sleep for a night. Maybe less so if you plan family holiday. But well isolated windows, no problem sleeping all night.

Good for a short stay. Very well located half way from Neufenen and Splugen

The personnel was very friendly at all throughout our stay, Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean and accessible at all times. We needed help to setup our TV and by the time we returned to the hotel this was fixed. Thanks again.

Good stay in Walserhof

We were glad that the staff have provided us with a tasty dinner although we've arrived quite late. Breakfast was OK. Nice view on the mountain and waterfall if you exclude the motorway just below the hotel.

The location just above the motorway was convenient for us, although we could hear the noise a little bit. The room was small as well as the bathroom with bath-tub. The room wifi passcode was terribly long, could be setup the same as the main wifi code in the restaurant and not a 20+ characters nonsense. Also the TV looked like it had lot of channels, but many were blocked and from various countries & languages, we got bored trying to find something to watch after few minutes when browsing the blocked channels.

A beautiful location on the way further to Italy and France. Nice staff, prepared doggie bag for us when we had to leave early in the morning.

Rooms are tiny and you hear everything in the building. The restaurant is ok but nothing special.
