The unique layout of restaurant

NO WIFI when advertised as with wifi NOT easy to find by car as you end up driving within a pedestrian only area . Did not make us feel welcome to eat in restaurant.

Tutto il resto,, la camera era un buco, era tutto rumoroso, gli scarichi del bagno, la camera vicina era separata solo da una porta e si sentiva tutto, la doccia non scaricava l'acqua e si allagata tutto, al nostro arrivo, mezz'ora prima che chiudesse il check-in, chi ci ha accolto era scocciato e non ci ha trattato bene

La posizione è ottimale...accoglienza zero ma zero assoluto!!

Avevo chiesto gentilmente di poter avere la camera alle 12 e mi è stato scritto di sì..che la.mia richiesta è stata accolta...arrivo lì verso le 14,30 e dovevano ancora pulire la camera e la signora delle pulizie molto.gentile e imbarazzata mi ha detto che lei prima delle 14 non inizia a fare le camere e che non hanno mai consegnato le camere prima delle 17...lei caricamente me l'ha preparata e sono riuscita ad entrare alle 15,15...poi nessuna accoglienza...per aver pagato 112 euro per una notte..ed in più il bidet lo ha dovuto aggiustare il mio compagno perché la.piletta non si alzava...

La posizione molto centrale La doccia calda e relativamente nuova e moderna

Estremamente disagevole il fatto che non ci sia PER NIENTE isolamento acustico. Non si ha intimità, si sente tutto quello che succede nelle stanze accanto (letteralmente si sentono i respiri). La stanza molto piccola, non di mio gusto nell’arredamento, senza un tavolino per poter usufruire della colazione, composta da qualche biscotto, marmellatine confezionate e fette biscottate del discount. Il prezzo è molto alto per la camera offerta, soprattutto per il discomfort e imbarazzo che può creare, questione che si può evincere da tantissime recensioni.

Keine Möglichkeit selbständig einzuchecken, da: - Checking Code fehlte - Keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort, nur via Tel. erreichbar, - Das Zimmer war nicht bezugsbereit bei der Ankunft, wie abgemacht - Es war nicht gereinigt (Haare im Abfluss der Dusche, E-Zigaretten von Vorgänger, Mülleimer voll, Wasserkocher und Nespresso Maschine dreckig etc.) Eigentlich kein Frühstück - Frühstück habe ich eine andere Erwartung und nicht nur zwei Stück trockenes Zwieback und Marmelade - Kein Besteck für das fehlende Frühstück - Kein Kaffee da falsche Kapseln für die Nespresso Maschine vor Ort lagen - Kein Tee

Posizione comodissima, in quanto centrale, ma non lontana da comodi parcheggi. Edificio datato, ma stanza ben ristrutturata, così da fornire i servizi essenziali. Personale gentile.

Colazione scarna (solamente possibilità di tè o caffè in camera). Per chi avesse difficoltà motorie: secondo piano senza ascensore. Possibilità di accedere alla camera in netto ritardo rispetto a quanto concordato in sede di check-in on line. Ritardo dovuto ad un imprevisto, come ha riferito il gestore, peraltro gentilissimo.

Un saggiorno molto freddo 🥶

Struttura in pieno centro, camere pulite e abbastanza gradevoli.

La stanza non è stata scaldata in anticipo e facendo il check-in alle 18, risultava molto fredda. Considerando che è scaldata da piccoli termosifoni elettrici, andrebbe riscaldata in anticipo. Anche l’acqua per la doccia non era stata scaldata e quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare delle ore prima di poterci lavare. Inoltre c’era un problema con il miscelatore della goccia per cui risultava impossibile regolare la temperatura dell’acqua.

La posizione è ottima, vicino ai principali punti di interesse e al parcheggio.

Avevamo le stanze 6 e 7. La maniglia della porta nella stanza 6 ci è rimasta in mano subito. Mancavano asciugamani, sapone, bicchieri/tazza per due persone (c’era una tazza in due) carta igienica. Il letto a castello della stanza quadrupla (stanza 7) IMPROPONIBILE per via del materasso sbilenco, storto. Il letto matrimoniale, sempre della quadrupla, non era in equilibrio infatti chi ci ha dormito aveva l’impressione di essere a testa in giù. Nella stanza 6 rumori di scrosci d’acqua giorno e notte provenienti dal bagno; probabilmente eravamo nella colonna di scarico degli altri ospiti delle stanze superiori. Era un continuo!! Stanza abbastanza pulite.

Übernachtung in Madisimo

Die Unterkunft hat mir nicht gefallen. Sehr kleine und dunkle Räume, kaum Platz und Bewegungsfreiheit. Alles alte Möbel und eine schlechte Ausstattung. Das Bett war unbequem. Türgriff ist locker gewesen. Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf. Ich würde dieses Zimmer nicht mehr buchen. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort.
