Fantastic family run hotel with great rooms and amazing food.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and lovely people. The food was fantastic and they bent over backwards to accommodate our dietary requirements. We loved everything about this hotel and can’t wait to go back. The room was also lovely and beds comfey. Breakfast was amazing.

The owners were really friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. The room was nice and modern, the breakfast was good! There is great food in the restaurant! What more do you need!

L'estetica ,hotel molto bello,si respirava un'aria piacevole e BELLA ,accanto al bello c'era anche una efficienza e professionalità non ostentata ma molto presente. Una colazione straordinariamente ricca di prodotti freschi e locali. Da ultimo una gentilezza calorosa.

Personale molto gentile, hanno fatto di tutto per farci stare bene, facendoci utilizzare il parcheggio oltre il tempo di check in/out e dedicando del tempo per scambiare due chiacchiere. Colazione ricchissima, con centrifugati, dolci artigianali e cornetti buoni e abbondanti. Nettamente superiore a ciò che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questa categoria. Posizione eccellente per sciare, affittare sci e scarponi, fare un giro per negozi e locali di Madesimo. Anche se non spaziosissime, le camere sono pulite, con un buon letto e con tutti i comfort e gli accessori necessari

Le pareti sono abbastanza sottili e i rumori si sentono, soprattutto se ci sono bambini che giocano e alzano la voce. La notte però è stata abbastanza silenziosa e abbiamo dormito bene.
