Hotel La Meridiana

The location was amazing , quiet , relaxing and after a day of driving it was a nice place to relax and charge up for the next day .

Breakfast,, the breakfast was lacking fresh bread, no fruit at all , which is quite a pity since knowing you are in italy , where fruit is in abundance. Payment to hotel : Another issue i didnt like was when it came to the payment of the hotel. I have booked through this site , and with a credit card obviously , when asked if the payment is taken , they told me that we need to pay just the same so i paid swiping the credit card one more time , and after an hour roaming around the place i check my account and i saw i was debited twice , one was the payment and the other was the reservation amount which is allocated just incase it was a no show . When i went back to ask about this issue , i was told that it can take 1-2 weeks before the reservation money is released which is quite odd especially when you have been paying it once again physically. So then when the receptionist saw i was not following with what he was saying , then he told me we can delete it once and for all directly and it was done directly and in a few minutes the money where back on my account ... My question to the hotel ,, why not delete the reservation ticket at once when you get the payment from the customer ?

In the very centre. Best place to access the sky area. Great restaurant.

A warm and friendly welcome, cleanliness and location

The double room was quite small. It was ok for 1 night but would need a bigger room for a week’s stay. The boot and ski room could do with an internal entrance/exit.

expensive. …the Jacuzzi was not functioning correctly the rooms walls are thin. I could here everything in the other rooms

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, very attentive, nothing was any trouble.

Small criticism. Beds were fine, but pillows were a little solid.

Per quanto pagato, servizi non sufficienti. Asciugamani mancanti, frigo bar vuoto, colazione scarsa, spa attiva solo dopo pranzo, materasso molto scomodo e cuscino unico sottilissimo.

Siden det var lavsesong så var utvalg og betjening redusert til et minimum. Men bra valuta for pengene tross alt!
