Very friendly staff but refurbishing and hygienic issues overdue

Property is very close to the ski slopes. Staff working behind reception are also very very friendly.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong and persistent unpleasant odor, particularly coming from the bathroom and toilet. The smell intensified when using the shower, which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use. These are hygiene-related issues that are unacceptable regardless of hotel category. The room was connected to another room by an internal door with extremely poor sound insulation; conversations and movements from the adjacent room were clearly audible throughout the night. Given the price paid (€180 for one night, even after discount), the overall quality and comfort of the room did not meet reasonable expectations for a 3-star hotel. A refurbishment is really overdue… Also very disappointed of the replies the hotel give to other reviews by saying we are a family oriented hotel and maybe just try one of our other hotels… which doesn’t take away the problem this hotel has…

Stunning location.!

The hotel is in the most stunning location.There is good underground parking. The on site restaurant was better then expected. The staff were very attentive especially the man who booked us in and also the restaurant manager made our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you. We had an excellent night's sleep!

Carino ma non vale il prezzo

La posizione davanti alle piste da sci

La sala da pranzo sembrava un locale da oratorio , la stanza ( quadrupla deluxe ) era un buco. Si faticava ad uscire persino dalla doccia , wc attaccato alla porta , nn c era passaggio accanto ai letti … spazi troppo troppo ridotti . Avevamo la mezza pensione ma solo al momento della cena potevamo scegliere cosa mangiare . Sarebbe più bello poterlo scegliere a colazione in modo che uno durante la giornata mangia cose differenti dalla cena. Suggerirei di scaldare maggiormente la zona piscina , sui lettini faceva davvero freddino

Direttore Sig.GianRico disponibilissimo e professionale come tutti i suoi ragazzi, Cucina ottima e porzioni abbondanti. Ottimo il buffet antipasti e contorni e anche della colazione con salato e dolce...torte buonissime. Comodissimo Parcheggio privato coperto di fronte alla struttura. Ottima posizione di fronte si ha il campo scuola sci e la partenza degli impianti di risalita. X gli amanti dello sci alpinismo il mercoledì sera partenza proprio di fronte all'hotel del percorso dedicato. Per chi ama passeggiare nella natura Ottimo punto di partenza x i vari percorsi segnalati. Animazione x bambini e serate anche in allegria x tutti. consigliatissimo.

Ottima esperienza!

Albergo dalla posizione eccellente, appena davanti alle piste. Il personale è preparato e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato prodotti tipici deliziosi ed in particolare abbiamo apprezzato molto il buffet delle colazioni decisamente abbondante con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Altrettanto la camera si è presentata confortevole e silenziosa. Soggiorno più che gradevole!

PESSIMO

L unica cosa positiva è la posizione

Siamo arrivati e ci hanno assegnato una camera sotto terra, appena entrata sono rimasta scioccata! Mi sono lamentata subito perché era assurdo che quella fosse la nostra camera a quel prezzo e di fatti non corrispondeva alla mia prenotazione, hanno risolto assegnandoci una camera migliore all ultimo piano con vista sulle piste. Di notte chiude il bar e avendo bisogno di acqua sono scesa pensando ci fosse una macchinetta almeno, niente se hai sete bevi l acqua del rubinetto o muori di sete fino al mattino. Scendiamo a saldare il conto e il check out era alle 10.30 il mio fidanzato scende a pagare alle 11 e gli fanno pagare 50 euro per late check out… assurdo … ho esposto che non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere, praticamente una notte mi è costata 230€ pernottamento e colazione + 20€ parcheggio + 50€ finto late check out per un totale di 300€!!! Assurdo mai più !!! In più abbiamo chiesto consiglio per un ristorante buono e ci hanno mandato da soldanella… pessimo … non andate… abbiamo scoperto da altre persone che sono imparentati… fate ridere… fregate le persone.

La camera è da ristrutturare. Le finestre non stanno aperte, ho dovuto inventarmi come bloccarle per arieggiare la stanza Il bagno pessimo. Nel bidet non scendeva l’acqua, il supporto del doccino era rotto quindi non si poteva regolare l’altezza, il rivestimento della vasca si stava sfogliando, in vasca (che fungeva anche da doccia) non c’era un tappetino antiscivolo. I mobili della camera erano tutti rovinati, la carta da parati si staccava.

Hotel sulla via centrale quindi molto comodo,buona la pulizia e staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Comodo il garage che si paga extra.

La struttura è un pò datata, ma nel complesso non male. Colazione ottima e abbondante, comodo vicino all'impianto di sci e vicino ad un ottima pasticceria.

Neve e divertimento coi bimbi

L'albergo ha i suoi anni ma si vede che è stato oggetto di interventi di miglioria. La posizione è ottima, davanti all'impianto Arlecchino e permette di raggiungere il centro in un attimo. L'hotel dispone di un comodo garage (a pagamento). La colazione è ottima, ben oltre le aspettative per la categoria.

La struttura ha il plus della posizione e della piscina. Peccato per il rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me sfavorevole,

Posizione, pulizia, piscina, letto e cuscino comodi, staff cortese. Colazione a buffet di buon livello. Carta da parati vivace.

Dimensioni della camera quadrupla decisamente piccola. Bassa temperatura del locale piscina. Poche mensole/armadietti in bagno.
