Exceptional

Excellent location in the downtown of Chiavenna - very close to the train and bus station. A nice supermarket with lots of local products just cross the square. The apartment is very clean, spacy and well-equipped with A/C and home appliances (microwave, washing machine ...). The owner (Mauro) is a nice person.

The apartment doesn't have a parking space. The closest free parking area is about 10 min walk.

unbeatable value for money

We very much liked the cleanliness and location of the apartment (close to the railway station and in the heart of Chiavenna) as well as the quietness at night.

There was nothing that we could complain about.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Location is central, train station is 3 minutes walk. Apartment was clean and taken care of and has everything needed even olive oil for cooking! :) Check-in/check-out process is automized. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. All out minor issues were solved immediately. It was quiet all days and nights, we felt very comfortable. Coming back again. :) The only one small thing is that the apartment doesn't have enough natural light as windows are small. But it was fine as we really loved everything else. Thank you!

ideale per chi cerca una posizione comoda e tranquilla nella cittadina

Posizione centralissima, esclusa ai veicoli e comodissima per fare la spesa, prendersi un aperitivo o partire a piedi per vedere uno scorcio, visitare un crotto o avviarsi in uno dei tanti sentieri che costeggiano il fiume Mera, portano alle cascate dell'Acquafraggia o salgono rapidamente a quota 2000 e ben oltre.

L'appartamento si trova in un contesto di case di ringhiera. Da una parte ti permette di avere una situazione tranquilla trovandosi nella parte interna dell'edificio. Dall'altra non permette di avere una vista ampia sul paese, ma basta alzare lo sguardo e si è circondati dall'imponenza dei monti che chiudono la valle
