Great location, very communicative and friendly host, some things to consider before booking here.

Wonderful location, nice property, walkable to the river and to town (15 min to town). Via Ferrata in back yard. Nice deck with good views. Good bathroom with tub. The main host lives here (very chatty and super friendly guy but he is also quite abrupt in his communication style) with his family, and it makes sense that you will need to respect their privacy some.

Room was tight for more than 2 people, bunk beds are not very comfortable. AC didn't work. This seems like it was a nicer version of a youth hostel with bunk style beds. Grounds are shared with family. I was yelled at by older gentleman in Italian (I don't speak Italian) when I picked a very ripe apricot off their tree that was dropping ripe and rotting fruit all over the ground. PRIVADO! PRIVADO! No B-and B! He was very mad, probably doesn't like that he has to share his residence with tourists. But there were no signs that said the fruit trees were private, and even if they were, all the fruit was rotting on the ground, so its better if someone eats it.

It met our needs.

The views were good and the kitchen too. It had everything we needed for our stay at a good price. We would have paid much more in the middle of Chiavenna for the same facilities.

I was disapointed that we did not have a balcony. The parking was tight. The 'swimming pool' was for children and not used while we were there (covered over).

A pretty nice apartment. Car Parking incl.. Good location, close to Chiavenna. (Which is a pretty nice city too) Recommendable. We would choose this B&B again. Room, we could here the neighbours, however it shows we aren't the only one staying here ;)

Sound isolation, we could hear the neighbours room someone was talking on the phone at around 22:00. But it did not take long, cca 15min. Probably he/she could hear us, we were probably more annoying 😗

Marco was great and helped fix every problem or question we had, from before arriving until even after leaving, that was really well appreciated. The room is exactly as described, and a balcony outside the room is available as well. We enjoyed our (short) stay here and had everything needed at the place. Thanks again!

posizione tranquilla ,vicinissimo a Chiavenna e comodo per andare in Svizzera,facilità di parcheggio

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerte stadtnahe saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung.

Sehr freundliche (nicht nur höfliche) und engagierte Gastgeber. Nach dem herzlichen Empfang wurden wir mit wertvollen Tipps zu Veranstaltungen und Restaurants versorgt (die zudem anschliessend noch aufs Handy geschickt wurden).

Italientypisch hellhörige Bauweise. Ausserhalb der Reisesaison (Anfang Oktober) hat und das nicht beeinträchtigt. Muss man aber wissen.

- La Posizione a metà tra il lago di Como e la vicinanza a Chiavenna - Parcheggio interno

La camera ha bisogno di manutenzione, in particolare il bagno, la doccia si scrosta e non scende l’acqua dal lavandino. Le salviette in dotazione sono molto rigide, il materasso e i cuscini tutti molto molli e “consumati”, anche le lenzuola non avevano più gli elastici agli angoli e si spostavano continuamente. Le zanzariere sono improvvisate con i buchi sotto le zanzare entrano comunque. Le dotazioni di shampoo e bagno schiuma non sono sufficienti per la durata del soggiorno di una settimana. Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina, del letto a soppalco ( a prima vista molto basso) e della piscina esterna per cui non li ho valutati.
