Ski weekend

We return here often, this time for the night ski in Splügen. It's always a pleasure. Glad to see plans to make San Bernardino as a 5 start mountain resort, looking forward!

We had to leave early, before breakfast time and the staff was accommodating by preparing us a very nutritious sack breakfast the night before!

La poca trasparenza di una receptionist, al mio arrivo le ho chiesto se ci fossero delle agevolazioni e mi ha detto di no. Al momento della consegna chiavi nel pomeriggio mi consegna una tessera con un 20% di sconto su diverse attività e negozio. Quando gliel’ho fatto notare a fatto finta di nulla

Compleanno San Bernardino

Lo staff era eccezionale, cordiale e davvero accomodante ed ospitale. La struttura è molto accogliente e bella; inoltre la posizione è ottima. La spa è davvero bellissima, dotata di 2 saune e bagno turco con zona relax e doccia. Accappatoi e ciabattine in dotazione. Colazione con tanta scelta. Camera con vista sulle montagne molto intima, carina e pulita. Siamo stati solo una notte per il mio compleanno, che, tra l'altro, è stato festeggiato al ristorante e con entusiasmo da parte dei ragazzi che lavorano lì, molto simpatici e bravi. Torneremo sicuramente per più tempo, appena avremo l'occasione.

Stile rustico, ambienti comuni, spa, gentilezza personale

Camera molto piccola, senza armadio, termosifone bollente che non si poteva regolare, aria estremamente secca in camera, impossibilità di pranzare o cenare al ristorante che era sempre al completo, prezzo elevato per il tipo di camera (oltre alla dimensioni ridotte e alla mancanza di un armadio il tetto spiovente non permetteva di stare in piedi alzandosi da un lato del letto)

schönes Hotel an zentraler Lage

Das Hotel ist zentral im Ort gelegen und verfügt über gut ausgestattete sowie neu renovierte Zimmer. Unser Zimmer lag ruhig gegen den Hinterhof. Das Restaurant ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet leckere Speisen an. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfang- und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Aufgrund der zentrale Lage bietet das Hotel wenig bis keine Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Der Skiraum ist zu klein für die Grösse des Hotels. Dies trifft aus unserer Sicht auch auf den Raum des Frühstücksbuffets zu. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht bereit bei Übernahme um 15 Uhr. Das Personal reagierte aber zuvorkommend/passend, ebenfalls bei der Tischreservation am ersten Abend, welche nicht funktionierte.

Ci siamo trovati bene, lo consiglio.

Struttura molto accogliente, ristrutturata completamente. La sala del ristorante è molto bella, tutta in legno e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Personale molto gentile alla reception e molto attenta alle richieste del cliente.

La colazione ha potenziale di miglioramento. Purtroppo c‘era solo pane bianco, mancava una scelta di pane nero, integrale o con dei semi. Il buffet potrebbe essere più completo e variato (uova, frutta fresca, etc).
