It is what we need

there are too too many emails for this reservations, I am tourism operator, I oftenly reserve hotels directly, through on-line platform as well, this hotel has too many emails to confirm reservation, tips, check in instruction, confirm check in. I understand there need stepls and emails, but, when 1 reservation for 1 room & 1 night, will brning 15-20 emails, it is crazy

Hat für die Durchreise gepasst.

Die Lage ist idyllisch, nahe einer Kirche mit Wildwassertobel; einige Restaurants sind in Laufnähe. Die Preise sind für die Schweiz typisch gehoben. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir haben allerdings nur eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise dort verbracht.

Wir hatten das Angebot gewählt, da der Preis inklusive Frühstück attraktiv war. Vor Ort stellte sich das Frühstück jedoch lediglich als abgepacktes Brot, Croissants sowie etwas Nutella, Butter und Marmelade heraus. Der Name der Unterkunft ließ hingegen vermuten, dass man in einem Restaurant frühstücken würde. Per Chat wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man das Frühstück gegen Aufpreis um Wurst und Käse erweitern könne – für, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, rund 24 CHF. Das empfanden wir als etwas unverschämt bzw. man fühlt sich dadurch leicht veräppelt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist jedoch sehr gut und absolut zu empfehlen

Schönes Air B&B in Roveredo!

Wir hatten ein Hotel mit einem Zimmer erwartet. Statt dessen waren es zwei Wohnungen in einem umgebauten Haus. Sehr gross und sehr schön! Etwas ausserhalb aber da wir mit den Velos angereist sind spielte es keine Rolle. Per whatsapp hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.

Bett war sehr klein, da noch ein Kinderbett nebendran stand. Frühstück war speziell; abgepackte Brötchen. Irgendwie haben wir etwas anderes erwartet oder bei der Buchung übersehen, dass es ein B&B ist und kein Personal anwesend.

Fijne accomodatie op een prachtige locatie

Heel schoon verblijf, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Nog extraatjes zoals koffie cups, drinken in de koelkast en fruit op tafel. Contact was zeer goed. Omgeving is prachtig en het is een ideale stop voor een doorreis naar Italië ! Ideaal dat je via app kan inchecken en binnenkomen.

Tolle Lage und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Netter zuvorkommender Kontakt mit Gastgeberin (Sharon) am Tag der Anreise. Unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Freizeittips und Restaurantempfehlung inklusive. Die Lage war hervorragend, sehr ruhig mit Blick auf die Berge. Da die Übernachtung ein Zwischenstopp auf unserer Italienreise war, war die Nähe zur Autobahn ideal. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, Snacks und Getränke lagen für uns bereit :-)

Wenn wir wiedermal in der Gegend sind kommen wir auf jedenfall wieder😄

Zuerst waren die Inhaber überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich hatte beim Check-in und zuvor gewisse Fragen und sie haben mich sofort kontaktiert. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit total gut betreut. Die Zimmer waren sehr einladend eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts.

Das Zimmer ist ordentlich. Mit Internetzugang ist der Check-in sehr einfach. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Restaurants. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz, für den keine Parkgebühren anfallen.

Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden, wir mussten mehrmals nach dem Weg fragen.

Schönes freundliches sauberes grosses Zimmer und leckeres Abendessen.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise spontan gebucht und ein schönes, sauberes Familienzimmer bekommen. Auch das Abendessen war mega fein. Er hat für uns xtra feine Bruschetta gemacht, obwohl es nicht auf der Karte stand, sehr zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen dies sehr und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Gastfreundschaft, hat uns sehr gefreut.

L'excellent accueil tessinois

L'accueil très chaleureux, on nous attend à l'arrivée. Facile pour se parquer. Au pied des sentiers dans un village calme et typique. Appartement impeccable avec tout le confort, on était 3 mais plus de lit que nécessaire.

Die Wohnung ist super augestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und auch kaffee und snacks. Ich bin mit meinem Hund gereist der sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Vielen Dank an Sharon für das unkoplizierte und sympatische Check-in.

Transit d'une nuit en famille

Appartement très bien agencé. Propreté impeccable, gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont accueilli selon notre demande plus tard que leur horaire habituel. Top, merci beaucoup!

Autant les lits d'appoint que le lit double sont inconfortables au possible. Les lits d'appoints pour les enfants ont une grosse barres très dure dans le dos (largement ressenti même pour un poids plume de 23kg) et le matelas du lit double n'est pas mieux niveau confort. Dommage, seul hic.
