Really spacious and modern room, definitely suitable for a longer holiday for a family of four. Despite our arrival late at night, the host arranged everything perfectly upfront, so it was easy to park the car and get to the room

Very pleasant stay, in a modern and conformable environment

The room had a lot of storage space, was very modern, neat, organized, clean and overall amazing. The bathroom and shower area is one of the best I have seen. The washing machine and dryer are inside the room, hidden in a closet, on the hallway - far away from the bedroom. The parking garage is underground, opens with the same key as the room door, has an automatic door and plenty of space. There was also the option to eat at their restaurant, but it was recommended to announce before, so they reserve a space and make sure they have the supplies to cook the needed food. There was also the option to drop the keys in a box at the check out - in case you wanted to leave early and the staff was not there. The staff was very nice, a young lady met us when we arrived, gave us the keys, presented the room, facilities, garage etc.

The guest Wi-fi requires login, and had a pretty poor signal. The smart TV was on another Wi-fi, so we could not use the screen sharing / mirroring of our smart phones and tablet. The appliances (induction stove top, electrical oven, coffee machine) were very modern and a bit hard to use, considering no instructions were left for them. The round glass dining table took a lot of room and was a pain to keep clean. All the cupboards were empty - basic supplies (salt, pepper, kitchen towels) were missing.

The property is amazing. So modern, high tech and beautiful. I want to go back during the fall and winter.

The only downfall is that it was insanely hot since there’s no AC. The hotel provided fans, which was nice, but didn’t help much. Stay anytime of the year except July/August.

Very clean apartment with almost everything you need for a home away from home. The room was set up in such a way to make really great use of the smaller space. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony is super nice and great shutters to keep the light out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was very hot in the room and I don't think there was air conditioning. We did have a fan, but it was a fairly loud one. And if we opened the window/balcony door, we could hear the cars passing in the early morning. We were missing dish detergent, cleaning sponge, and drying towel. And there wasn't any furniture for the wonderful balcony.

A small town near Bellinzona, wonderful location!! A very modern apartment, fully equipped. A bus stop nearby. We loved the area! Fabio is an exellent host, very helpful, good communication with the owner. Thank you Fabio :)

We decided to stay here longer than one night because of nice hotel. Not a trending place It's a perfect mix between Swiss and Italian. The wines are delicious. There are vineyards too. I love this town, nice hotel, nice food and good service. So calm also have restaurant and bar 🍻🍾 I would love to recommend this place!!!

very well equipped apartment, lots of space, security door, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, lots of built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, covered parking, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, large showers, elevator, good Italian-style restaurant on the first floor, outdoor blinds, quiet location, close to tourist sites (Bellinzona, Lugano, Locarno, Ascona), Ticino ticket, which allows you to travel around the region for free on public transport and discounts on entrances, close to shops (Aldi, Coop ), bus stop 2 minutes walk

Everything was new, functional and perfect, the staff was attentive and friendly. There is an indoor parking garage just under the building and a restaurant on the first floor with a good choice of food and wine. The apartment is up to the highest quality and standards of technology.

Sehr schöne, neue und grosse Apartments. Netter Empfang. Die Dame hat uns zum Apartment gebracht und alles gezeigt. Vor allem die Ver-und Entriegelung der Tür muss man gezeigt bekommen.

In der kleinen Küche wollte ich etwas auf dem Herd wärmen. Jedoch ist es ein Induktions-Herd und die Pfannen dazu waren nicht kompatibel. Auf der Terrasse: Was dort noch schön wäre, wäre eine Sitzgelegenheit. Im Innenhof ist diese jedoch vorhanden.

Posto molto comodo sopratutto per il parcheggio interrato e l'ascensore che sal diretto al piano... quindi ottimo che caricare e scaricare da soli senza problemi. Il bistrot è favoloso e lo staff meravigliosamente gentile e sempre disponibile.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Gute Lage als Zwischenstation Richtung Norden/Süden via Gotthard. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, die Dame hat uns am nächsten Morgen sogar extra (Sonntag !)Frühstück besorgt und auf das Zimmer gebracht, da wir unwissentlich Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das Abendessen im Haus war auch sehr gut. Toll ist auch die kostenlose Tiefgarage!

Sehr moderne, neu eingerichtete Wohnung! Die Tiefgarage konnte für die Motorräder genutzt werden. Sehr schönes Bad ! Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert !

Leider wurde das Tor zur Tiefgarage nachts nicht geschlossen, sodass wir unsere Motorräder nicht in Sicherheit wissen konnten. Das Bett ist leider ein Wandbett bzw. Klappbett und die Matratze ist sehr bouncy.

Super schönes Studio, modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sogar das Bett war einigermassen bequem, was bei mir schwierig ist aufgrund meiner Grösse und Rückenleiden. Auch Check-in und Check-out haben sehr unproblematisch funktioniert. Wir haben im Bistro im Haus gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die. Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Der Barolo war der Hammer und hat perfekt zum Rib-Eye-Steak gepasst und die Pommes waren lecker. Nur das Gemüse war nicht unser Geschmack.

Super verblijf en zeer vriendelijke host

Goed contakt met het personeel. Alles is duidelijk uitgelegd en stond klaar Tijdens onze aankomst. De kamer was schoon en de airco stond op een aangename temperatuur. We konden met de auto zo de parkeergarage onder het etablisement inrijden.

De bedden zijn prima maar niet van hoogstaande qualiteit.
