Exceptional and friendly staff.

We had a good, basic room that had everything we needed. It was reasonably priced for what was provided. The staff were absolutely outstanding — they genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. This made our experience even better. As it’s both a hotel and a restaurant, you are able to have dinner on-site. We enjoyed a drink in the covered courtyard, which was very pleasant and reasonably priced. Once again, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly friendly. Free parking was a bonus, and breakfast was good. Although it wasn’t a buffet, there was a good selection of fresh fruit, ham and cheese, fresh bread and croissants, juice, and freshly brewed coffee from a proper machine. The lady even made us two coffees each and was willing to make extra. When the lady saw that we ate all our breakfast, she kindly offered us more, but we simply couldn’t manage another bite. It was truly a good serving for us. Overall, a comfortable stay with exceptional service.

Despite of mosquito bites, we have a pleasant stay, surely will come back next time!

Very friendly staffs, though the air-con. room was old but clean, comfortable beds and there was a big balcony for 4, we enjoyed the evening with sunset. Free parking in front of the restaurant. Good breakfast.

Perhaps it’s a hot summer, there were insects and mosquitoes the whole night, even we closed all windows.

Great option for a stopover during a road trip

Personnel very friendly and very nice breakfast: coffee, fruits, bread, croissants, mermelade , Nutella, orange juice, ham, cheese. The room has one full bed and two twins. Air conditioner working properly. Also good wifi

Il proprietario era gentile

Troppo caro, dal costo della camera (per quello che offriva) al ristorante. Un letto scricchiolava e i cuscini facevano pena (senza struttura, molli). Abbiamo passato una notte abbastanza in bianco e ci siamo svegliati con dolori al collo.

Kamer was schoon, mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer en de douche was top! Ontbijt en de dame die daar werkzaam was, was erg vriendelijk ondanks taalbarrière.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen in 30 min mit der Òv Auf Locarno und auch Auf Lugano. Sehr herzliches Personal und das Zimmer war einfach aber schòn. Komme gerne wieder einmal und empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter. Das Preisleistungsverhàltnis stimmt total

Das Hotel entsprach genau unserem Zweck.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir Freunde auf dem Camping besuchten. So konnten wir zu Fuss gehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was wir brauchten für eine Nacht.

Bei mir könnten die Betten immer etwas bequemer sein, war aber ok.
