Regarding the price for a one night stay absolutly suggestable.

The room was clean and quiet. Because of our dog we booked room with a terace, but had a room with a balcony. But at the end it was ok. Near to Locarno/Ascona and directly you could promenade by feed to climbing garden or to a little river - very nice and quiet

We felt not very saved, because noone was in the house.

The owner was very nice,friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed and matrace. Had a peaceful night without any noises! Quiet area.Very good location for exploring,few meters away from the train station of Gordola, and Bus Station to Verzasca Valley! Would go back and can recommend!

Perfect for short stays

The accommodation was very easy to get to by public transport. We mostly used the train, but there are also bus lines 5 minutes away from the house. The room was perfect for a few days stay with a comfortable bed. The small fridge and strong fan were very useful. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house is in a quiet area, no traffic noise.

Everything was fine. However, we would have liked to have been able to use the pool as it had not been cleaned and prepared for swimming.

Superb

The hotel is well situated (5min from the train to locarno). Locarno is 15min from the hotel with the public transports and the bus to val verzasca is 7min far from the hotel (5min walking + 2min train). There is a swimming pool at the hotel for those who would not like to go to the lake. The view is nice and the place is quiet. Even if we did not see the owners, the organization for the keys and the check-out was well done !

The isolation between the rooms is not so good. We hear the other people moving the chairs or walking, but it is not that disturbing.

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was idyllic and the location perfect, right near the station. I had such a relaxing stay and would definitely go back!

perfect location to visit Lugano, the verzaska valley and Lorcano, the main station is close to the apartment. The host is really friendly and we enjoyed the time at the pool with perfect weather.

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay a lot. I did not meet the staff as I checked in late (they left the keys for my room in the mailbox) and checked out early 3 days later (I could leave my keys and the tax I still owed on the table). The communication was perfect. My room was clean and comfortable and I really liked having a fridge in my room. There were enough parking lots right infront of the property. The courtains could be a bit darker, this might be an issue for people who are used to sleep in the very dark. But it did not bother me. Due to the reviews I read, I did not expect much. But my stay really was better than expected, better than my stays in a lot more expensive hotels.

I missed having a shield red/green to hang on the door. I usually have the 'do no disturb' shield at my door during my complete stay as I do not like my room cleaned or tidyed up. But most people dont care I guess.

Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr gute Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber doch in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnquartier gelegen. Einfach eingerichtet, aber es ist alles nötige für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und im Zimmer 3 kann man sehr gut abdunkeln. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat mein Problem mit dem Ticino-Ticket sehr gut gelöst! Danke!

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, dass man sich kaum drehen kann. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude daher etwas ringhörig.

L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso, bello da vedere e accessoriato.

Piccola nota: avere un paio di coperte in più per il letto sarebbe stato apprezzato, ma comunque sia, nulla di particolarmente importante.

Immer wieder gern! Sehr gute Lage nahe dem Bahnhof Gordola in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Zimmer zweckmässig eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten und Kühlschrank. Zimmer 3 kann sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Total unkomplizierter Check-In auch am späten Abend. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation vor der Anreise.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr gute Lage für Bahnreisende, da sehr nahe am Bahnhof. In einem ruhigen Wohnquartier gelegen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen mit dem Hund. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles Sauber. Sehr bequeme Betten, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Sehr unkomplizierter Check-In, auch spät abends möglich. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Im Zimmer 12 kann das eine Fenster nicht wirklich abgedunkelt werden.

Habe nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und war sehr zufrieden.

Nicht weit von der Bushaltestelle. Balkon. Tolles Frühstück. Obwohl ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte, wurde Platz für mich gemacht im Frühstücksraum.

Bodenebene Dusche nur mit Vorhang sorgt für Überschwemmungen.

Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen... und kommen wieder.

Für uns war die Lage perfekt... wir konnten unser Auto von der Anreise bis zur Abreise stehen lassen. Mit dem Ticino Ticket waren wir sehr schnell in Locarno.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Garni Elisabetta!

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, perfekte ruhige Lage nahe dem Bahnhof Gordola. Der saubere Pool im schattigen Bereich war eine willkommene Abkühlung an heissen Tagen. Ausserdem waren immer ausreichend Parkplätze für Gäste vorhanden. Kaffee und Wasser standen ebenfalls jederzeit zur Verfügung – ein schöner zusätzlicher Service. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal – ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Simon, der stets freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell war. Wir können dieses Gasthaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
