The place has a good restaurant, the room a big and modern. Pillows were super comfy.
Wide desk to work. A fridge in the room.
You also have snacks downstairs.
1) The self check-in: the customer service asking me for a proof of payment when the payment was just made (in CH, ebanking apps are blocking print screen), so I was nearly accused of having not enough funds which I found very unprofessionnal - I finally a solution by my own. Besides I have been charges twice for the tourist tax because she did not believe me (even it's a small amount, it is the principle.
2) Noise: i had a room on the main street and you can hear also when your neighbour is having a shower
3) construction : at the moment there is a construction nearby
4) Domotic : the switchers aren't easy to understand and it took me a while to understand the presets and how to manage the fact when i switched off the bed room lights why it was switching on the bathroom (I have many connected items home sooo usually I like those kind of things
