This place could have potential buy....

The place has a good restaurant, the room a big and modern. Pillows were super comfy. Wide desk to work. A fridge in the room. You also have snacks downstairs.

1) The self check-in: the customer service asking me for a proof of payment when the payment was just made (in CH, ebanking apps are blocking print screen), so I was nearly accused of having not enough funds which I found very unprofessionnal - I finally a solution by my own. Besides I have been charges twice for the tourist tax because she did not believe me (even it's a small amount, it is the principle. 2) Noise: i had a room on the main street and you can hear also when your neighbour is having a shower 3) construction : at the moment there is a construction nearby 4) Domotic : the switchers aren't easy to understand and it took me a while to understand the presets and how to manage the fact when i switched off the bed room lights why it was switching on the bathroom (I have many connected items home sooo usually I like those kind of things

Nice Facilities but terrible beds

The bed was broken and squeeched so loud we couldnt sleep. No help late at night due to self check in and no reception staff. One night stay to rest during our trip... no sleep at all...

The check-in is way toooooo complicated. Impossible to check-in if you are not a top freak on the iphone and the internet. It takes at least half an hour to check in, if you are good with iphone. Never again.

Could hear the next room flushing the toilet and taking shower. Poor construction (missing the noise insulation) quality for such a brand new building. High humidity in the room. AC making weird noise from time to tims.

It was a one night stay for our family, and overall we were very satisfied.

I liked the ease of self check in process and simplicity of adding extra services. I was also pleased with overall cleanliness, AC in the room and easy access to the garage.

Nothing extremely bad. There are some minor things that could be improved. Beds vere somewhat hard and lighting was not very intuitive. It was hard to figure out which switch turns which light. Some sort of signage would be helpfull.

Absolutely fantastic

Very nice modern looking rooms with a comfortable bed and a great shower. I absolutely loved the floor and wall tiles. The key system using the app on your phone is great and works very well. The staff is very attentive and responsive, and I loved the interaction via whatsapp. Breakfast is good and the coffee is simply amazing. It's also located right next to the train station. Will come back for sure if I need to go back to the area. Absolutely recommend.

Very clean modern hotel

It was perfect for a night over while traveling. Safe garage (2 m high). Comfortable beds, big bathroom. Convenient self check in. Though be sure to connect to WiFi because mobile data didn’t work everywhere. Good breakfast.

Lamps system is a big complicated, but once you figure it out then it’s fine.

Very convenient for a quick stop over. The bed was comfortable and good sized room.

Great experience with novel concept

Breakfast was great. A bit on the "minimalistic" side of things but no need to have a huge selection. It did what it promised. I also quite liked the ability to handle the check-in myself without any hassle and the WiFi setup was pretty straightforward. Staff was very friendly and approachable and asked how my stay had been so far and also asked for feedback so feel free to let them know if something isn't up to standards.

The room still smelled quite new but that's probably due to the fact that it recently opened. Aside from that I was also a bit confused about all the different lighting modes next to the bed but after some trial and error figured it out. There was also a sort of mechanical whirring within my room that sounded like pipes within the walls or some mechanical gears but that subsided eventually.

La facilità d’utilizzo e tutte le indicazioni che si ricevono tramite l’applicazione inoltre, la pulizia dei luoghi ecco tutti questi elementi sono assolutamente perfetti devo dire

Due punti maggiori il primo è che le vostre fatture sono divise tra costo della camera il Parking e alcune tasse e per chi li ha già per lavoro è meglio avere una sola fattura sempre comunque e non averne due diverse nell’uso dell’applicazione non ho capito come fare a fare diversamente in modo da averne una sola. Un altro punto è quello che molto spesso io è già la terza volta che uso questo genere di hotel la camera è pronta solo attraverso le 16 17 di sera per chi viaggia sarebbe bene avere camere pronte anche a partire da molto prima in modo tale che chi deve lavorare un po’ in hotel, abbia la possibilità di farlo.

Zentrale Lage an Autobahnausfahrt und Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Moderne, geräumige Zimmer. Bequeme Betten und Kissen. Check-in funktioniert problemlos. Gutes Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal.

Zimmer zur Strasse nicht ganz ohne Lärm. Preislich mit Parkplatz in der Einstellhalle an der oberen Grenze.

Dass keine Rezeption da war , alles nur online und der Preis es war teuer alles extra bezahlen und nur eine Tiefgarage mit 2m Begrenzung. Wir hatten ein Auto mit Gepäckträger auf dem Dach des Autos.
