It was all automatic and I really liked it. The check-in and checkout were extremely easy and fast. The parking included in the price was an amazing pro.

The room was comfortable but too warm. Another small issue was with the pillow, which was too flat, and only one thicker pillow was as present in the room.

Great location for the road network but not much to see or do within walking distance, great secure car parking underground. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really good and it’s a shame you can’t get to find out more about it via the hotel website.

as it says ‘self check-in’ I think this lets the hotel down, a step too far in the world of automation. I’m not stupid and had my booking reference ready and followed all the instructions but when I came to pay the screen crashed. very fortunate for me a guy was in an office and he tried to help but ended up calling someone to fix the issue. I fear the worse if this was to happen late at night. so self checkin is a no for me, to many doors and lifts to scan with a palate ticket after many hours on the road.

Only one check in machine so people have to wait to long to check in Bad breakfast. Bad communication from booking to the hotel : they didn’t know that my breakfast was included in the price and I had to show my reservation to show my side of the story. This was unpleasant !

It was okay, not great, not terrible.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was great. The balcony was superb too! There was enough room, and the check-in was simple enough. The bathroom was wide enough, so was the shower. It's pretty close to a gas station too which is very convenient.

The water was more lukewarm than hot in the shower after only one day. The toilet itself was kind of broken with one screw poorly screwed in, which made it wobbly all the time. The mattress of the bed was of somewhat poor quality, very springy and uncomfortable and the bed was quite small (140x180), I was too tall for it.

Very easy to stay for a night while on the way somewhere else

Super easy access from the high-way. Uncomplicated automated check-in via a touchscreen in four languages (IT, DE, EN, FR). Handling of the locks works well once you understood the system. Quiet sleep with closed windows. It's very clean. Breakfast offers all the usual components. Easy to park.

You can't apply the usual expectations of a hotel where you spend holidays to a hotel that clearly just wants to be an easy sleep for people on the way further South, just like you can't blame a VW Golf not to have the space of a VW Passat. But please provide better brioche. That's a tiny difference in cost for a much higher perceived value.
