Breakfast we take Visavis but too much Traffic in front of our room. Not possible to sleep. The room was very good.

It is good enough for just one night

Accomodation is an apartment on the 4th floor. Difficult to find. There were two beds. There is a kitchen. There is an elevator. A washing machine is available.

Elevator was not functioning. 4th floor is a lot of stairs. In the kitchen only one plate and one knife and fork. So nothing to prepare or eat food with.

Functional, slightly spartan accommodation with easy access to the town centre, though a bit noisy.

The property is quite spacious and has a kitchen/"living room", it is actually a small apartment with rather a large covered balcony. It is easily reachable by public transport (bus stop in front of the accommodation) and within walking distance of the Old Town. There is a new-looking, meticulously clean bathroom with a good shower. The price for Bellinzona is quite reasonable, given that it is more than just a bedroom.

It is perhaps a little bit spartan for some with rather bare rooms. Being situated ideally for public transport does have the disadvantage that it is on a busy road to the next town. There is AC but it is in the living room/kitchen; the bedroom does have a small fan, however, which was clearly needed. I have communicated some minor short-comings to the host and trust these are temporary, so not worth discussing here.

the bathroom is tidy and the owner seems nice!

The equipment in the kitchen is really old, there was no light in the sleeping room, the elevator did not work. Apt is also located next to the quite busy street and next to another student flat - we could not sleep the whole night due to the noise they make partying.

Don't pay men any additional "city tax"! The tax is included in your payment via booking.com.

The room was large and clean. The room had an equipped kitchen and a private toilet with shower. Plus for air conditioning, balcony, TV, coffee capsules and a large fridge. The room was no. 29.

Upon arrival, the owner wanted to pay the city tax only in cash. It seemed strange to us, but the man showed us a picture on his mobile phone with the pretty believable inscription "city tax is not included in the payment via booking.com" .. something like that. I showed the man the payment detail in my reservation details in booking.com app. He left without a word.

Street repair work all through the night

street repairs the whole night through till after 4:00am right under the room window, sometimes even shaking the building like earthquakes, impossible to close an eye

- Free parking place directly by the hotel - Good price - Big room with balcony - Kitchen devices available (cofee machine, microwave, fridge), together with some foodstuffs (bread, coffee, cheese) - Two restaurants available next to the hotel - Good location, quite close either to the motorway and to the city center

- Hotel is next to the busy street, so the vehicles' noises may be disturbing at night - External window sunblinds do not cover the whole window surface, so there is some light from the outside early in the morning - No electric socket in the room near bed, telephone had to be charged in the bathroom - Kitchen table and chairs not convenient - Steep stairs making it more difficult to bring your luggage to the room - Only one quilt for two people in the twin bed

The collection of the city tourist tax didn't leave a good impression. Someone knocking at the door of the room asking me to pay city tax and did not show any official documents or proof of authority seemed like a scam to me. However, it turned out as a legitimate tourist tax collection. I would suggest the owner of the property to make sure this process is more transparent and that the tax collector has some official documentation so guests don't think it's a scam.

Nice stay for fair price, but not very quite

Pros: - quite big two room apartment, with kitchen corner, good for two-three people or parents with child, - nice staff, - location near main street, good reachable by car, - some sweetness and coffee for breakfast

Cons: - quite noisy from cars, so some sensitive people will need ear plugs - quite far from Bellinzona main station, not reachable on foot if you have a heavy luggage - no tee for breakfast (some people don't drink coffee) - staff do not speak English/German

Noisy apartment and horrible staff

Everything looks new, but done in bad quality. Easy check-in.

The staff member attacked the apartment on second evening and forced himself in the room where I was having a peaceful drink with my friend. This scary man insisted IDs and started taking pictures of us and said he is going to throw us out. Never encountered such a crazy rude behaviour. I was happy I wasn’t alone when that happened!! Otherwise the room was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep from the traffic. And quite poorly equipped. Like the door is thin, the wardrobe fell over me when I opened the door, wifi code didn’t work etc.

Easy check in, Friendly host, supplied a few extra freebies. Room is pretty big, close to everything you need. Free parking!

I was missing a few kitchen utensils, like a sharp knife. Room facing the main street, not so quiet, even with closed windows, but also not too loud. TV and internet wasn't really working.

Fussball-Trainingslager war ein voller Erfolg. Match am Samstag 11 : 1 gewonnen.

Das Essen war gut. Es wurde angepasst an unsere Bedürfnisse. Eine Fussballmannschaft aus 13-14Jährigen Burschen isst anders als Feriengäste die die einheimische Kost kennenlernen will. Das wurde aber schnell Korrigiert. Super. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Leitung super Hilfsbereit und immer sehr nett.

Über das Essen habe ich schon oben geschrieben. Aber wie dort auch schon erwähnt, schnell angepasst und dann war es passend für uns.

Nähe von der Bushaltestelle und einer guten Pizzeria. Kühlschrank mit div. Getränken gefüllt. Kaffeemaschine und Kaffekapseln vorhanden. Faire Preise.

La pulizia.

Ambiente troppo piccolo, c è solo una presa di corrente, posizione molto rumorosa (sulla strada), in bagno non c'è il bidet. Una delle serrande era rotta, impossibile fare buio. Ho tentato di contattare per 3 settimane la struttura per chiedere in via del tutto eccezionale la cancellazione gratuita. Non hanno mai risposto. Quando hanno capito che sarei andato magicamente arrivano le risposte.

Ok für eine Nacht

Das Check-in was sehr unkompliziert und die Gastgeber haben umgehend auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Parkplätze stehen gratis zur Verfügung.

Die Betten und vor allem das Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem/hart. Die Strasse hört man gut und es kam Licht ins Zimmer, weil die Dachschrägen keine Lammelen haben.

bon séjour à un prix raisonnable proche du centre

On est proche du centre. Un arrêt de bus public est juste en face. On dort dans des lits très confortables. L'équipement cuisine et salle de bain marche bien. L'eau chaude est vraiment chaude et la pomme de douche impeccable.

Il y avait quelques endroits ou la propreté manquait un peu. Il n'y a pas de clim; quand il fait chaud et il faut laisser dans la nuit la fenêtre ouverte la situation à côté d'une grande route peut empêcher ou déranger le sommeil. Le personnel ne parle aucune langue courante de la Suisse suffisamment (allemand, français, italien et anglais) ce qui met la conversation difficile.
