Staff were really helpful. Upon arrival, I was offered a free choc bunny - nice gesture.
Fantastic location, just below one of the castles. Looked amazing, all lit up at night.
The building was massive, with high ceilings and very large rooms. Only had 3 of us in a room for 8 or 9.
Each floor also had lounges and break out areas.
Good breakfast with drink refills.
Wish my stay had been longer.
Room 509, on the 5th / top floor was really hot so the 2 people already in the room, had windows open (necessary). Unfortunately, the train line runs past all night so it was quite noisy and sleep was broken.

Loved the location, the facilities, the staff was super kind, and the inclusion of the Ticino ticket
The glass on the shower area was a bit out of place, and the bedroom lamp wasn't working

An excellent central location. Very quiet. A clean, modern room. It is located in an atmospheric 19th century building. Friendly staff.
No breakfast, apparently, because it was near the date of the hostel closing for the winter.

Very old building, floors creak, extremely nosy right next to train tracks and not correctly soundproofed.
