Great hotel to stay overnight when in Bellinzona

The hotel was very convenient being right across the street from the train station. The room was clean and efficient for what we needed. The breakfast buffet was good.

Very nice hotel, very close to the train station, friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Location was great, triple room was nice, clean and spacious.

Breakfast time we were suggested to eat outside in the sun. However this meant sharing the space with smokers. Not nice at all. I would have appreciated head up re people smoking nearby.

Breakfast was good, the buffet had a good choice of food.

The room was small and noisy because it was facing the street. As the hotel is close to the train station, the noise was considerable.

Exceptional staff and hotel.

Exceptional hotel, great location in Ticcino, 'warm' is the hospitality at this place. Great b/f and great restaurants. On request great Vegetarian Pannini was the highlight, courtesy- chef. Didn't use the Spa, so no comments. Enjoyed the hotel and the location, thank you! See you all soon.

A great friendly place to stay. I recommend it!

The hotel is perfectly situated opposite Bellinzona Station. The room was fine for one person and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and I have to say the coffee machine takes its time but serves a lovely Cappucino. I would happily stay there again.

The bathroom was a little small but everything worked well - not a big issue.

Second stay at this fantastic hotel - would happily return

I've stayed here before and was happy to be returning. Great location and facilities. Secure parking. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Modern, luxurious and comfortable room and en-suite. Delicious food in the restaurant and great selection at breakfast. I would gladly come back and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Bery practical, central, clean hotel.

Central. Close to the train station. Very quiet.

Hard pillows. No kettle in room. No fridge. Would expect these for the price of the room.

Surprised by reality: This was a really happy stay

Breakfast was amazing, especially when sitting in the glass extension of the breakfast hall. Very nice composition of fruit, fresh egg products, cereals, and Italian breakfast bread/brioches. The room (in annex B) had a pretty and interesting style with a very comfortable shower. No view, yeah, but we knew that from the booking. Comfortable bed. Easy access from the train station (where, 3min away from the hotel, you can also park).

Internet didn't work well in room 20B, i.e. the most remote room in the annex.
