Excellent place to relax and recharge.

So pleasantly surprised by this stay. Staff were wonderful. The building was so quiet. Our room was huge and comfortable with a view of the mountains. Huge garden. Drinks and snacks downstairs were easy to access. Beds were firm.

A later checkout would be nice.

I like that it’s in a convenient location, it’s always clean and the staff is really nice. It’s also always been quiet at night, I’ve never even seen anyone else in the building 😅

The only thing that is not great is that there is no air conditioning, so far it’s never been an issue because I have never booked during the summer but i can imagine it gets real hot.

Convenient, quiet but cold in winter!

Well located for my needs anyway. It is always clean and there’s tea downstairs. It’s also been pretty quiet each time I was there. Staff was responsive.

It was so cold, the heating was not enough to heat up the room, probably badly insulated windows. It’s the second time I stayed there and I remember the first time it was cold too. The place needs thicker blankets!

Suggestivo e un po' anonimo, ma in fin dei conti comodo e accogliente!

Posizione centralissima, qualche difficoltà a raggiungerla a piedi dalla stazione ma solo perché Maps mi ha fatto fare un percorso allucinante. In realtà bastano pochi minuti, in alternativa il bus o un taxi. Una volta arrivati si raggiunge questa struttura a suo modo affascinante, sebbene "rinchiusa" in un contesto urbano un po' svalorizzante (attorno ad edifici anonimi e attualmente innanzi ad un brutto cantiere). Ma dalla finestra della mia stanza si vedevano scorci di centro e le montagne, niente male quindi. Ho soggiornato al quinto piano, comodo ascensore ma stanza (single) decisamente tra le più minuscole che mi siano capitate. Tuttavia, molto pulita e con tutto il minimo necessario. Pensavo di avere qualche difficoltà con l'ingresso perché è tutto "centralizzato", apparentemente privo di personale, ma fortunatamente non ho dovuto smadonnare, basta seguire le istruzioni precedentemente ricevute e in due minuti si entra, si recupera la chiave della stanza dall'apposito locker e il gioco è fatto. Ho scelto questa struttura perché risulta una delle più "economiche" in quanto business - venendo dall'Italia dovevo tenere conto del cambio e dei prezzi fuori portata - e in quanto centrale è molto vicina alle attrazioni principali che la città offre. Da questo punto di vista è perfetta, con due passi si arriva in centro e in poco tempo ovunque si voglia/debba andare. Un punto di apprezzamento in più per la "misteriosa" presenza (dico misteriosa perché ci ho parlato, ci ho messaggiato, ma non ci siamo mai incontrati!!) che si cela da qualche parte dell'edificio: nonostante fosse indicato che durante il fine settimana non ci sarebbe stato nessun incaricato, in realtà una gentilissima addetta è sempre rimasta presente, bastava contattarla dal telefono della hall e mi è stata molto utile per risolvere alcune difficoltà. Non sarà mai abbastanza ringraziata! P.S.

La principale difficoltà l'ho riscontrata all'arrivo: avrei dovuto informarmi prima ma non ci avevo pensato e suggerisco a chi legge questa recensione di non fare il mio stesso errore. Se venite dall'Italia o da altre nazioni, portatevi SEMPRE la giusta riduzione compatibile coi vostri device elettronici!! La suddetta addetta, contattata, si è premurata a cercare se avesse un riduttore in sede, ma nel caso fossero tutti occupati sarebbe un bel problema, perché le spine non sono compatibili col sistema elettrico italiano. Inserendo l'alimentatore dello smartphone ho scoperto che comunque ricarica lo stesso (i due buchi sono fortunatamente compatibili con la spina italiana), ma solo perché richiede poca tensione (e infatti ci ha messo molto tempo). Lo stesso non avveniva con la ricarica del rasoio elettrico o altri accessori ... Ergo, pocurateveli prima e portateli da casa!! A parte questo nulla di negativo da segnalare, tranne che la stanza è davvero minuscola e che se prenotate nei weekend non ci sarà nessuno a pulire. La tassa di soggiorno va pagata in contanti lasciati nel locker o nella stanza stessa, non c'è nessuno a raccoglierli. Ecco, forse l'unico vero aspetto negativo è che sembra di ritrovarsi chiusi da soli in un posto deserto, anche se così non è. Per alcuni può essere visto anche come un aspetto positivo, ma garantisco che se non si fosse palesata la suddetta addetta misteriosa, in un paio di situazioni mi sarei ritrovato con grossi problemi (è stata lei a chiamarmi il taxi quando dovevo andare via, perché dal mio cell, nonostante avessi fatto abbonamento speciale per l'utilizzo in Svizzera, non c'è stato verso di fare qualsivoglia chiamata, non partivano proprio....).

E' una specie di via di mezzo tra un hotel vero e proprio e un residence senza cucina.

La colazione è a pagamento e consisteva in macchinette senza nessun supporto per poterle utilizzare senza spiccioli di franchi svizzeri per cui l'ho fatta fuori dalla struttura che sicuramente è posizionata a due passi dal centro

Non mi è piaciuta molto l'assistenza.....nessun cartello che indicasse chiaramente l'ingresso della struttura né dove si trovasse la reception; nessuna assistenza dalle 18:00 fino alle 8:00 dell'indomani, se avessi avuto bisogno di qualcosa, non c'era nessuno al quale rivolgersi; camera senza aria condizionata ma con ventilatore portatile...che non è la stessa cosa ma perlomeno era pulita. La ragazza che poi finalmente mi ha accolto nella struttura è stata gentile per questo il mio voto è stato il massimo, mi ha cambiato la camera perché ne volevo una con terrazzino in quanto fumatrice

Ringsum ist eine Baustelle. Viel Verkehr auf der Strasse. Baulärm ab 7 Uhr früh. Zimmer sind ehem. Büros einer Krankenkasse, unpersönlich, kühl eingerichtet, wie ein Büro eben.

Heerlijke levendige stad.

De locatie was goed. Omdat het zo warm was stond er een grote waaier. We wisten dat we geen airco hadden maar niet dat het 34 graden zou worden. Blij met de waaier.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer schön und sauber. War alles da, was ich gebraucht habe.

Schade, dass die alte Villa komplett entkernt ist. Im Inneren ist man wie in einem Neubau. Leider gibts kein Frühstück. Richtige Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, aber nur mit Münz. Snackauswahl ganz gut, per twint. Zudem gibt das Hotel Empfehlungen für Orte, wo’s Frühstück gibt.
