Very clean. Beautifully designed and decorated. Views were amazing! Overall the Window radiated a feeling of peace and relaxation! Indoor parking with electrical charging as an option. Host was quick with responding to texts and her suggestions for the area were great! Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow

When I booked the Window it was all about the view. It turns out that the spectacular view is surpassed by the incredible service. Katiusca was amazing! We felt so welcomed and so grateful for all the extra things she did for us. She organised my favourite wine and aperitivo for a romantic evening. We used their brand new e-bikes to visit the town easily. Katiusca brought us some special cake cooked by her mother for Swiss National Day and invited us to join a local celebration. Everything was perfect and I just didn’t want to leave, I felt like I had found a new friend! The whole experience was wonderful. I don’t often leave reviews but this was so well deserved. Thank you. Thank you 🙏🏻

From the moment we booked our stay at The Window, we knew we were in for something special—but our experience far exceeded expectations. Katiusca, the owner, is truly the heart and soul of this stunning boutique accommodation. Her communication with us was prompt, clear, and wonderfully detailed, setting the tone for the personalized service we would enjoy throughout our visit. Katiusca has a warm, genuine personality that makes you feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond, even arranging transportation for us, and her thoughtful touches were evident in every detail. The room we stayed in was beautifully appointed—comfortable, inviting, and impeccably clean. Every element, from the bedding to the lighting, reflected a deep care for guest comfort. Breakfast each morning was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and presented with the same elegance and attention to detail that defines the entire hotel. We truly can't say enough good things about The Window. It's clear that Katiusca has created something unique and memorable in Bellinzona. We’re already planning our return—next time for a longer stay!

A place to never forget!

The rooms are designed to make the most of the stunning views offered by the hotel's location. There’s a large window instead of a wall, allowing you to enjoy the views right from the bed – a true luxury. Everything was clean, new, and very welcoming. The host was lovely, and it was clear she paid attention to every detail, including the breakfast, which was beautifully presented. I loved it so much that I used the room to propose to my girlfriend! We will never forget the place! Highly recommended!

Very nice and cozy room with a great host and an excellent view over Bellinzona.

The Window is located in a new house up a small hill, which means that you can see all over Bellinzona right from the bed. We had a really great experience. Katiusca is a great host. She welcomed us personally and gave us information on how best to get to the city and where we could eat. For breakfast you can choose anything you want from a big selection and let her know the time you would like to eat. Katiusca perpared it for us in the morning and we even got freshly squeezed orange juice! :) The house and room are really exclusive with the lighting, the interior and the view. We can definitely recommend to stay there!

We will come again!

The owner is very enthusiastic and friendly lady, she prepared a very nice, clean, luxury room for us, including beverages. 100% tip-top with beautiful view during sunny or rainy days. We did not need to watch TV, we were watching sky, mountains around and Bellinzona from the window enjoying comfortable bed or the sofa on the balcony. The location is brilliant, you can go the town, visit bars, or restaurants, or historical castles 🏰 and at the evening the reading of books on the balcony. My daughter celebrated her BD and received a beautiful present from the owner 🌷. It was a very nice surprise.

Un piccolo angolo di quiete nel cuore di Bellinzona. The Window mi ha sorpreso per sua atmosfera e cura in ogni singolo dettaglio. La camera? Non ho una camera tanto bella neanche a casa mia! Accogliente, luminosissima, una parete vetrata stupenda, con un balcone privato con vista sulla valle. Hai tutto e ben oltre ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole! La posizione è ideale: a pochi passi dal centro e dalle bellezze storiche della città, ma abbastanza defilata da garantire tranquillità. Katiusca è attenta e cordiale. Iper disponibile. Sono arrivato a Bellinzona di sera, stanco. Mi ha accolto meglio di quanto potessi mai immaginare e si è offerta di trovarmi anche dove cenare...cosa volete di più? Una dispensatrice di itinerari. Un soggiorno breve ma piacevolissimo. Con dispiacere ho chiuso la valigia e riconsegnato la chiave. Mi sono sentito come a casa. Lo consiglio a chi cerca semplicità, calore e una finestra aperta sulla bellezza di Bellinzona!

Prima verblijf in The Window!

Prachtige plek in Bellinzona. Wij waren hier een paar dagen voordat we verder reden naar Italië. Bellinzona is echt een leuke stad met mooie cultuur, relaxte sfeer en fijne restaurants. The Window ligt op een prima plek, de gastvrouw is enorm behulpzaam en gastvrij, je voelt je er welkom! Kamers waren uitstekend, fijne bedden.

Sin duda alguna la mejor estancia de Bellinzona

Esta fue probablemente nuestra mejor estancia en todo nuestro viaje. No por ser un gran hotel de lujo, sino por la calidad de servicios, instalaciones y la atención personal. Las instalacines son nuevas con decoración y calidad magníficas. El cuarto muy grande y comodo, con una gran terraza con vistas a Bellinzona. Estacionamiento en el lugar cubierto y protegido sin costo. Vistas inmejorables. Pero por mucho, aún y cuando todo es magnífico e impecable, es la atención personal de Katiuska. Ella hace todo por que tu estancia sea magnifica. Mil gracias Katiusca!!!

Unsere Familie hat den runden Geburtstag unserer Tochter im The Window gefeiert. Ideal dass beide Zimmer nahe beieinander waren und wir zum Frühstück den Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen konnten. The Window ist eine sehr moderne und komfortable Unterkunft mit vielen Extras. Der Atemberaubende Blick über Bellinzona, auf die Schlösser und über die Berge, den man auf den 3 Balkonen geniessen kann war pehenomenal. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Sie hat für unsere Tochter einen Willkommensapéro organisiert, den Frühstücksttisch inkl. einer Geburtstagstorte feierlich und schön dekoriert und im Grotto Restaurat von Castel Grande für uns einen Tisch reserviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen The Window gerne wieder, wenn sich wieder eine Gelegenheit ergibt.

Die Unterkunft für sich wäre schon 10/10 Punkten wert. Saubere Zimmer mit stilvoller Einrichtung und ein traumhafter Ausblick auf Bellinzona mit den dahinter liegenden Bergen, den man sogar von Bett aus genießen kann. Die Gastgeberin Katiusca ist hierbei noch das Sahnehäubchen auf der Torte. Sie liebt ihre Arbeit und das spürt man als Gast. Sie gibt alles dafür, dass ihre Gäste dich wohl fühlen. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche in Bellinzona und erinnern und gerne an diese einzigartige Unterkunft.
