Nice place but transparency could be better

It was very clean, modern and in a great location

Their website shows an option to pay for parking. However they told me after paying that it was free. The money for it was never returned. The staff on booking didn’t respond at all to one of our questions either. Also, please keep in mind that every extra amenity they advertise isn’t included into the price, you will have to pay for everything extra. This also goes for the gym.

Excellent - new modern hotel, with excellent soundproofing! What is important is that there is a kitchen with all the accessories - which is important for those traveling with children! We booked a room with balcony but got room 401 without balcony and for disabled persons. Airconditioning in room 401 bedroom did not work, blow. After contacting swift response it should be working now. Nothing changed. Toilet was directly connected to tiles without vilt between it. This made a crunchy noise. Incorrect installed.

Location, clean, pull down bed was good, meat restaurant was excellent.

Felt impersonal no pictures or soul, no view even for a corner suite, main bed uncomfortable, no milk in the vending machine, only 2 towels for 4 people, no kettle, bad coffee

ideal for an overnight stay on the way to Italy

Self Checkin went smoothly, but I had to help a couple of older people who were having problems with the app. Plenty of parking spaces. Large rooms and bathroom. Not exactly an idyllic location, but ideal for an overnight stay on the way to Italy and a short drive to the city centre.

At breakfast, communication was difficult as the very helpful lady only speaks Italian.

Strongly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment only for a night on the way from Italy to Germany, as the hotel is located five minutes from the motorway, but we really regretted that we did not have a reason to stay there longer. It is very convenient (the kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for; there is a laundry room; and there are even rooms for coffee and snacks), the apartment and all the common areas are clean, the hotel has a swimming pool, and a large supermarket is nearby. The most convenient thing is that you can check in at any time: you receive all the access codes by mail (a little tip - connect to the local Wi-Fi right at the entrance to the hotel, and then access inside will be like magic).

The room is very good design and very quite. Breakfast is amazing 🤗 Services as the gym and SPA are great. I booked a massage, it was perfect. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The hotel staff is very competent. Andrea was excellent.

A Perfect Stopover on Our Journey

We had a wonderful stay at Arbed Living Hotel, it was a nice experience. The hotel is very new and has a modern design. We especially appreciated the support from the hotel with a check-in. The room was very convenient and comfortable for 3 people. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare light meals during our stay. Located ideally for travelers moving from Italy to Germany, it served as the perfect stopover. Overall, our stay at Arbed Living Hotel was exceptional and I highly recommend it.

We arrived in the evening and the fitness center including the swimming poll had been already closed.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the staff was easy and smooth. I especially appreciate their help when my car broke down—they quickly arranged a taxi to bring my family to the hotel. The hotel also has great facilities including a bar, restaurant, gym, and an indoor swimming pool. I highly recommend this place!

Toplocatie dichtbij de autosnelweg, zeer proper en rustig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het is belangrijk om vooraf in te checken (meestal kan dit ’s ochtends op de dag van aankomst), zodat je de code ontvangt om binnen te komen. Ter plaatse kan je aan de ingang meteen inloggen op de wifi van het gebouw en met de app de voordeur van je kamer openen. Alles verliep heel vlot.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt in Arbedo-Castione

Die Lage ist ruhig, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet

Die Ortsangabe ist falsch und irreführend! Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht in Bellinzona, sondern in Arbedo-Castione. Das Problem verschärft sich dadurch, dass es in Bellinzona auch eine Straße mit dem gleichen Namen Via S. Gottardo gibt, etwa 5 Fahrminuten von der tatsächlichen Adresse entfernt. Erst nach dem Telefonat mit dem Gastgeber wurde das Missverständnis geklärt. Alles andere verlief reibungslos

Hadden veel meer verwacht voor de hoge prijs van de kamer.

Mogelijkheid om samen met de kinderen op een kamer te slapen en zelf eten te kunnen koken. Het appartement was erg strak en mooi ingericht.

Ondanks dat we aan Booking.com al toeristenbelasting betaald hadden moesten we dit nog een keer doen bij de deur en anders konden we niet naar binnen. Met twee zeer vermoeide kinderen hebben we maar nog een keer betaald maar dit was een extreem vervelende situatie om zo onder druk gezet te worden. Het appartement was erg mooi, maar het was ons vooraf niet duidelijk dat er voor de faciliteiten zoals het zwembad en fitness nog extra betaald moest worden. In de kamer is een grote keuken, maar geen basis dingen zoals olie/suiker/peper/thee etc. Er waren een minimaal aantal borden/bestek etc. en geen dingen zoals een vergiet, spatel, knoflookpers etc. Het was erg houtje/touwtje om een maaltijd in elkaar te zetten. Overall vonden wij het een mooi appartement maar het geld niet waard.

Gute Lage, es war sauber und der Hotelmitarbeiter war immer erreichbar per Whatsapp. Hat uns immer unterstützt.

-Swimminpool kostet extra. Was für uns nicht ersichtlich war vorher. - die Matratze war hart, was und persönlich nicht so gefallen hat. - beim Frühstück gab es das Problem, dass wir in das Restaurant gegangen sind und uns gesagt wurde, dass es keines gibt. Wir haben das Geld zwar dann zurückerstattet bekommen, aber mussten uns dann das Frühstück selber besorgen. Was sehr mühsam war.

La notazione dei piani sugli ascensori (A & B) non sempre corrisponde alla realtà, sopratutto sul piano -1. Inoltre, sarebbe bello poter aver accesso alla palestra, senza dover pagare un supplemento, magari da includere alla base nel prezzo.

Struttura molto tranquilla. Bello il fatto di poter fare i check in da soli ed il check out è alle 11:00, fantastico. Stanza pulita.

Stanza piccolina, dalle foto sembrava più grande. Peccato che in cucina mancano tante cose, mestoli, CAVATAPPI, carta scotex... Avendo visto i bicchieri di vino nelle immagini promo avevo presupposto ci fosse il cavatappi, invece nulla. Trovo peccato avere una cucina che non è praticamente utilizzabile.

Saubere und praktische Übernachtung auf der Durchreise

Wir haben das Hotel nur als Zwischenstop auf der Heimreise genutzt. Es ist sehr praktisch da man komplett alles Online machen kann. Selbst die Schlüssel sind nur virtuell und man öffnet die Türen über den mobilen Browser. Wer kein Smartphone hat könnte es vermutlich nicht nutzen. Die Lage nahe der A2 ist super für unseren Zweck. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss einen kleinen "Restaurantbereich" mit Poke Bowls, Italienschen Essen (Pizza) und einem Fleischrestaurant.

Beim Online-Einchecken wurde angeboten einen "privat" Parkplatz zu buchen. Ich hatte das gemacht aber es war wohl gar nicht nötig gewesen. Das sollte im Check-In Formular besser beschrieben werden.

Smart Hotel für die Durchreise

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es gab keine Probleme passende Parkplätze zu finden. Komplett smart Hotel ohne Personal, man konnte immer einchecken und die gesamte Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp, man hat auch immer schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen

Wir haben eine Zusatzleistung gebucht und wollten das Swimmingpool nutzen, dies war aber nicht möglich, da es schon geschlossen hatte und man uns darüber nicht informiert hat. Im Nachhinein wurde uns der Betrag allerdings erstattet

Onduidelijkheid over parkeren was bij betalen nu wel nodig of niet iedereen kan parkeerplaats zo op en vraag of het wel bewaakt is. Er was ook onduidelijkheid over ontbijt. Uiteindelijk na contact met digitale host was alles wel opgehelderd!
