El personal era muy amable, el lugar es muy bonito para caminar con lugares turisticos cerca, el restaurante del hotel tiene unas pizzas muy ricas

Beautiful area,nice views from the taras.Very friendly staff,food at restaurant delicious,best pizza.Rooms clean and big enough,breakfast good simple fresh.We have really nice time at the hotel.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità del personale, la cucina del ristorante (piatti buoni e porzioni abbondanti) e la vicinanza alla fermata del bus.
La camera era in ordine e pulita, con vista montagne e lago di Vogorno.
Bagno piccolo e senza bidet ma ben tenuto.

Our room was supposed to have a balcony with lake and mountain view. However, we were accommodated in a room that had neither balcony nor even windows.
Communication with the staff was difficult due to the language barrier (they speak only Italian).
Breakfast was very simple.

We were charged extra for city tax, although it was included in the price (according to the booking confirmation).
Location: Be aware that you cannot walk to the nearby dam (there is no sideway). Not recommended without a car.
