Superfriendly staff, great food in restaurant and the most amazing breakfast. Fruitsalad with very fresh strawberries, rasberries and blueberries was a dream. Capuccino as well😉 Perfect internet connection everywhere. Plus it is really hard to find place I can stay with my allergies and they were super helpful with that as well.

Nice stay. Good starting point for exploring all the towns around Laggo Magiore (e.g. Locarno, Belinzona) - just take the train that is close to the stay. Bonus is that travelling with Ticino card is for free (we were contacted by the property before the stay to provide information to get this card).

Comfortable and cozy

The room was very comfortable and cosy. The little terrace has been also very nice. Ticino ticket was great, as the hotel is easily accessible from Locarno. Breakfast is very nice

Dissapointed because I have chosen this hotel for the sauna, but when i checked-in right before 14:00, the spa area was already reserved by other guests for the whole day.

Perfect for short hiking and biking trips, great Pizza

It was not the first time we stayed here and it still worth it: people are very friendly, food is great, little room is fit-fo-purpose, location is perfect for hiking and cycling trips. Breakfast is ok. We will come back again :-)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Problemen immer geholfen.

Es gab im Zimmer ein rauschendes Geräusch, was plötzlich in der Nacht begonnen hat und mich persönlich geweckt hat. Ich konnte nicht herausfinden, was die Ursache dafür war. Schade war, dass die Ladesäule vor dem Hotel nicht funktioniert hat, aber dafür ist das Hotel natürlich nicht zuständig.
