Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und äusserst sympathisch und flexibel. Das Frühstück war gut und startete pünktlich (ich musste um 09.00 Uhr bereits geschäftlich woanders sein, deshalb war es wichtig, dass ich um 08.00 Uhr mit einem Kaffee starten konnte :-))
Es war an diesem Tag sehr heiss im Tessin, das Zimmer entsprechend aufgewärmt, trotz zur Verfügung stehendem Ventilator, konnte die Hitze nicht reduziert werden. Helfen würden Mückengitter an allen Fenstern, so dass während der Nacht alle Fenster zum Lüften geöffnet werden könnten.
Über den Filter konnte man auf Booking.com die Suche nach E-Ladestationen einschränken, die Osteria Locanda Brack erschien ebenfalls als Anbieter einer E-Ladestation, was jedoch nicht der Realität entsprach. Der Inhaber hatte mich telefonisch - aufgrund meiner schriftlichen Anfrage - telefonisch kontaktiert und informiert, was sehr professionell war!
Trotzdem entschied ich mich, oder gerade deswegen :-), in Gudo zu übernachten.
An Booking.com - die Filtersuche muss schon die Realität abbilden, ansonsten ist sie obsolet! Klares Verbesserungspotenzial!

Traumhafte Lage, sehr lieber Gastgeber, der sich persönlich um alle Belange kümmert. Einfache, aber sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, Mega leckeres Frühstück, Früchte teilweise frisch gepflückt auf den Tisch. Alles, was man braucht, um Ruhe zu haben und zu genießen. Auch die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Bis bald.

What a lovely place, in a beautiful green, quiet location, just outside of Gudo, overlooking the vineyards and the mountains. Marco is a great host, kind to everyone, open for chats (which we love) and very attentive. We stayed 5 nights and the breakfast was perfect, every single day. He makes good coffee, there were different cheeses to choose from every day, and fresh fruit, among others. We were also very happy with the beds, after almost a week in Interlaken with super soft beds, we were happy with these nice, sturdy matrasses. Marco also organizes dinners. We were able to enjoy one of them and we were very satisfied. We will come again, when we're back in Ticino!
With the Ticino ticket that you get upon arrival, you can use all means of public transport in Ticino free of charge. That's a huge bonus. Bellinzona is only 20 minutes by bus and from there you can take great walks, either high up in the mountains (using a cable car to get there), or lower, there's ample choice.
