Lovely stay

Very friendly and welcoming staff, we felt great, real homey vibes. It was really nice having breakfast in the beautiful garden in front of the hotel. Hotel is in an old building but everything is clean and comfortable.

There is no real bathroom, only a tiny shower and toilet room, while the sink was in the bedroom. It is shown in the pictures though, so no surprise.

Amazing experience, highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Nowhere have we met such friendly staff - two brothers and father Besomi, who also own the restaurant next to the hotel. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again. Good local breakfast, nicely furnished rooms, very comfortable beds, parking, prts friendly, help in solving problems and recommendations for visiting the sureounding. They all speak excellent Italian, German and English. The family restaurant was the best culinary experience in the italian part of Switzerland for us so far. Thank you

The room was comfortable and the Host was super friendly. I had to leave very early before the breakfast starts, but the host was kind enough to arrange my breakfast early. satisfied

Corona or not, this hotel is worth a visit

The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. Even with the restrictions due to the corona virus, we fully enjoyed our stay. An example is the breakfast which was entirely served at the table maintaining the social distances. Corona or not, it is worth paying a visit here.

Entsprach voll meinen Erwartungen

Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Verschiedene Brote , auch dunkles Brot und Zopf. Frisches Obst. Sehr guter Honig aus der Region. Wurst und Käse sowieso. Das Platzangebot war ebenso absolut entspannend. Das Bett ist ausgezeichnet!

Ich kann nichts negatives sagen, da ich schon zum 2. mal dort war und es ebenso gut war.

Excellent séjour.

Nous n'avons passé que deux nuits dans ce très bel hôtel dont le charme intemporel nous a particulièrement séduits. Les deux propriétaires sont au petit soin avec la clientèle, que ce soit à l'hôtel ou au restaurant. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir et rester plus longtemps dans ce lieu!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren dort zu dritt für eine Nacht. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir durften unsere Motorräder in der Garage unterstellen. Was normalerweise nicht geplant war. Der Chef selber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Einfach nur klasse und sehr zu empfehlen. Am Frühstückstisch war alles, was man sich wünschen konnte. Vielen Dank noch einmal

Fantastische Atmosphäre in klassischer Umgebung

Der Empfang und die Betreuung waren herzlich, interessiert und zuvorkommend. Das Gebäude ist beeindruckend und liebevoll in Schuss gehalten. Das Frühstück war fein, insbesondere der Kaffee. Im Garten konnten wir morgens draussen frühstücken, abends unseren Apero mit einem regionalen Wein geniessen und später im nahe gelegenen Restaurant der gleichen Besitzer fein zu Abend essen. Auch dort war der Empfang sehr zuvorkommend. Man ist mit dem Bus schnell in Lugano.

Il personale !!! Super gentile da farti sentire a casa. Colazione davvero di ottima qualità. Non mancava nulla rispetto alle mie abitudini . Il letto era comodissimo. Avevo due tipi di cuscino. La mia stanza era molto silenziosa quindi ho dormito benissimo. Belli gli spazi esterni. Il parcheggio è gratuito per cui anche se è fuori dal centro di Lugano si prende facilmente l' auto (circa 15 min) e si può poi parcheggiare negli autosilo.

È da ristrutturare. Non c'è l' aria condizionata ( fortunatamente non serviva nei miei giorni). Devo dire che non è mancato nulla ma per l' aspetto estetico che ha, risulta molto costoso. Inoltre le foto su booking non sono totalmente veritiere .

Wat een mooie locatie. Het heeft een romantische uitstraling. Jammer dat het regende, want de tuin is geweldig. Ik had er graag gegeten. Het restaurant aan de overkant hoort erbij. Heerlijk gegeten.

Wenn ich jetzt mal etwas beanstende würde, mehr Abwechslung beim Fleisch am Morgenbuffet. Aber alles ok.

Das wunderschöne, gut unterhaltene Albergo aus den 1910er Jahren liegt sehr gut direkt bei der Bushaltestelle nach Lugano. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam.
