A "deluxe" one-bedroom apartment turned out to be a semi-basement studio, extremely dark, with stuffy air and dated furnishings.

the shower was broken and there was a bit of mold in the shower stall—very limited glassware, etc.

I have stayed here many times, simply because I love this hotel. It’s extremely clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly and attentive. This place offers excellent value for money, I highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for a lovely stay as always

The apartments are clean, equipped and well maintained. The building is new and nicely decorated. The restaurant is providing amazing meals from a pro chef with professional service at a reasonable price when compared to the service. Restaurant staff were utmost pro, only that the owner did not have the same level of hospitality as her staff! Didnt like her attitude towards a simple question about the working hours.
