A beautiful place with a soul, a very nice, open-minded owner and a view of the Alpes, I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there. The room is decorated with taste and clean, the bathroom, although shared with other guests, is also kept in order. You can have a good breakfast. Seamless check-in and check-out. We were charmed with the place.

Amazingly beautiful place

It’s located 20 mins away from lake Como but so worth renting it! We had an amazing room with a balcony where we could sit in the evening and enjoy the local pizza. I liked the village - there are only Italians and no tourists! The road towards it rather good but the view over Como when you come closer is astonishing! The bills is old and so beautiful! Breakfast is on the top floor and it’s nice. We shared the kitchen and the bathroom with another room and it was not an issue! They had everything we needed and communication with the host was great!

Beautiful villa with a soul, very well located in a charming village, just 15 minutes from Argegno. The host was lovely and very helpful. Also had a great approach to dogs, overall a very dog-friendly place! A big, beautiful garden and private parking just by the house (not on the street). We were late for a check in and the host was very understanding and we had no problems with checking in a few hours later than planned. The breakfast was tasty and with a great view from the balcony.

A fan in a room would be an advantage, since during the day it gets quite hot. Basic kitchen stuff was missing (pots, some utensils etc.)

Sehr viel Charme, auch wenn es noch in Arbeit ist. Herzliche und persönliche Atmosphäre. Und trotz einiger gegenteiliger Meinungen: man kann auch problemlos parken…

San Fedele ist ganz nett, aber ganz schön oberhalb der Seen. Mal eben schnell zum See braucht etwas Zeit (zum Comer See 15 min bei freier Straße, d.h. Nebensaison).

Επρεπε να ψαξουμε αρκετα να το βρούμε, και στο καταλλημα ειχε στενη εισοδο οποτε εαν εχετε αμαξι προσεχετε και μετα ειχε αποτομη ανηφορα. Επισης επρεπε να φυγουμε αρκετα νωρις και παροτι ειχα πληρωσει για πρωινο και το ανεφερα μου εδωσαν απο ενα μπισκοτο για εμας και τα δυο παιδια μας.

La gentilezza della titolare il letto non era male

Bagno in comune non specificato al momento della prenotazione e comunicato furbamente quando oramai non potevo più disdire tre notti passate al b&b non hanno mai rifatto il letto e pulito la camera colazione povera senza nemmeno una tipologia di frutta,acceso a parcheggio della struttura assolutamente improponibile oppure bisogna lasciare la macchina alla piazza che dista circa 300 metri anche questo non specificato al momento della prenotazione comunicato furbamente quando non potevo più disdire!! Non consigliato!!!!!!

Toll restaurierte alte Villa in sehr schöner Landschaft

Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass drei junge Leute eine sehr schöne alte Villa liebevoll im Originalzustand restauriert haben. Von der Villa und dem großen Garten hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Landschaft. Das Projekt ist noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen, aber auch das hat seinen besonderen Charme. Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich begrüßt, die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kein Luxus, aber das kann man in diesem Preissegment auch nicht erwarten und muss auch nicht sein. Eine gute Bewertung kann es unseres Erachtens auch für den Gesamteindruck geben. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und wurde sehr nett in einem kleinen Gartenhäuschen gereicht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu einem gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Herzlichen Dank und noch viel Erfolg bei Eurem tollen Projekt!

Die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel könntet ihr reinholen, wenn es regnet, oder sie anschließend trocknen…. ;-)

Freundliche Gastgeberin. Lage ist schön, in den Bergen. Parkplatz am Haus, ist uns immer wichtig. Die Einfahrt etwas schwierig.

Das Frühstück war mir zu spärlich. Viel süßes Gebäck. Wer das mag, gut. Alternativ gab es Scheibenkäse und gekochten Schinken. Müsli noch. In Italien ist Weißbrot sehr beliebt. Mir hat was körniges, vollwertiges gefehlt und vielleicht ein Ei.

Bel endroit, très bon accueil et pratique pour visiter le Lac de Come

L'accueil et la résidence étaient super. Endroit calme avec un très bel extérieur. San Fedele Intelvi n'a rien d'exceptionnelle, mais c'est une petite ville où l'on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin et c'est un bon point de départ pour visiter le lac de Comes

Il faut avoir une voiture pour profiter des lacs et aimer les routes de montagnes.

Dommage que les travaux ne soient pas finis. L'appartement ne comporte pas de climatisation contrairement au descriptif. Une fois terminé ce devrait être un endroit très agréable. A encourager.

お部屋がとても綺麗で清潔、インテリアも可愛いくて素敵でした。お風呂もキッチンも使いやすくて快適。優しいオーナーと2匹の犬に癒されました。朝食はシンプルですが、焼き立てクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

朝食に野菜が全くなかったので、少しでも野菜があると更に良いと思いました。リビングのカーテンは赤じゃない方が良いと思いました。他はとても素敵なインテリアで本当に可愛いお部屋です。

Eine Unterkunft mit viel Potential + ein Haus voller Überraschungen - leider nicht durchweg positiv.

Bei Ankunft sind wir von einer sehr engagierten jungen Dame empfangen worden, die uns sehr freundlich mit dem Haus vertraut gemacht hat. Der Empfang war schon mal sehrherzlich: Großes LOB für den Empfang.

Die Story rund um das altehrwürdige Gebäude war toll - leider hat dies so überhaupt nicht zur Realität gepasst. Um das Gebäude hat sich eine brachliegende Baustelle präsentiert - die sorgsam arrangierte Bepflanzung konnte das nicht ausgleichen. Art und Qualität der Renovierung im inneren des Hauses wirkten sehr unmotiviert bis billig und erinnerten eher an eine Studentenbude. Schade, das Haus hat Potential - leider wird dieses nicht konsequent ausgeschöpft. Das Frühstück war ebenso unmotiviert: Abgepacktes aus dem Supermarkt-Regal. Auch hier Schade: dann eher auf das italienische Frühstück beschränken und durch ein wenig Obst aufpeppen.

Csodás, múlt századi villaépület, kedves tulajdonosokkal (és kutyákkal). A közös fürdő kicsit fura volt de nem is találkoztunk a szomszédainkkal, és ez tükröződik a kedvező árban is.

Figyeljetek az instrukciókra foglalás után, két út vezet ide, az egyik szerpentin (Svájc felől) nagyon gyilkos.

El lugar, es una casa vieja muy muy bien cuidada o restaurada que mantiene su encanto de antaño.

El wifi no llegaba a todos lados. A modo mejora, pondría una barbacoa en el parque!
