Lovely little stay!

The cave room was really cool and spacious. Water pressure was good. Showers hot and clean. The pool was a good size with relaxed timings (I turned up a little late when it was due to close but there was no issues with me using it a little late). Nice selection of fresh fruit and cold bits for breakfast.

Sounds minor but a door mat would have been good as the entrance was through a grassy path which in the cooler evening became wet and a little slippery. Another point would be the nearest restaurant (from what we found) was a good 5 minute walk down a steep hill which isn't great if you have mobility issues. (There might have been a closer one but thats all we could find).

Colazione semplice, con prodotti normali; Dalla camera bel panorama e bel terrazzo. Camera luminosa. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina, la temperatura esterna oramai troppo bassa. Molto gentile la ragazza della reception e che abbiamo ritrovato la mattina dopo al servizio colazioni.

We kwamen voor de 4de keer terug. Goed verblijf voor 1 nacht. De kamer was ok, wel minder dan de vorige 3 keer dat we er waren. Ontbijt was ook ok. Ze legden een mooi nieuw zwembad aan.

De receptioniste kwam heel zenuwachtig en overprikkeld over. Het leek alsof ze teveel tegelijk moest doen en dat voor haar storend was.

Virkelig flot beliggenhed, og man får utroligt meget for pengene. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Vi nød at være gæster på hotellet.

Fine værelser og badeværelser. Simpel men okay morgenmad. Hyggeligt område oppe på bjerget. Værten taler ikke engelsk men kan oversætte vha Google translate.

Det havde været rart at vide at vores lejlighed lå et andet sted end vores børns værelse så det gav en del ture op og ned af trappen. Når man bor i lejlighederne får man ikke skiftet håndklæder og sengetøj.

Un accueil lamentable lors de l enregistrement. Visiblement on semblait déranger malgré trois nuits de payées. La chambre triste Aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, aucun endroit pour poser ses valises Hôtel a +45 minutes de Côme en fonction du trafic routier, le village n a pas grand intérêt si vous venez surtout pour le lac de Côme

Het hotel was prima en ligt in een prachtige omgeving, met een mooi uitzicht over de heuvels. De weg ernaartoe was via een uitdaging, over een smalle weg met 18 procent stijging. Eenmaal daar, kan de vakantie echt beginnen!

Goed zwembad met prettige ligbedden. Rustig gelegen hotel op een mooie locatie. Grote van de kamer was prima. Eigenaresse was enorm behulpzaam en gastvrij!

Er ontbrak een airco en koelkast op de kamer. Receptioniste bij aankomst sprak geen woord Engels.

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend, werden wir sicher wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Frühstück, insbesondere den Kaffee fand ich als passionierte Kaffeetrinker sehr lecker. Unkomplizierter Checkin und checkout. Super Service. Obwohl das Hotel abends/nachts nicht besetzt ist, war abend um 21.00 Uhr bei Anruf innerhalb 2 Minuten jemand vom Personal da, als ich ein selbst verschuldetes Promblem mit dem Zimmerschlüssel hatte. Auch wenn man ein Zimmer ohne Terrasse hat , kann man im allgemein zugänglichen Bereich sitzen und die tolle Aussicht genießen.

Die schöne Lage in den Bergen bedingt, dass die Anfahrt teilweise über sehr enge kurvige Straßen führt. Dessen sollte man sich bewußt sein.

La camera aveva una bella vista

Stanza molto impolverata. Non mi volevo lamentare visto il prezza e la vista, ma al check out mi è stato addebitato il costo del cane (20€) quando mi era stato detto 10€ di supplemento, senza specificare che fossero al giorno, per poi rispondermi “la prossima volta lasci il cane a casa". Colazione da migliorare, poco varia.
