Nothing to do with the hotel Following google maps was our mistake. It led us up a super narrow lane to a dead end. Fortunately a local showed us how to get there. Do not go up the laneway next to a car park

Lovely little stay!

The cave room was really cool and spacious. Water pressure was good. Showers hot and clean. The pool was a good size with relaxed timings (I turned up a little late when it was due to close but there was no issues with me using it a little late). Nice selection of fresh fruit and cold bits for breakfast.

Sounds minor but a door mat would have been good as the entrance was through a grassy path which in the cooler evening became wet and a little slippery. Another point would be the nearest restaurant (from what we found) was a good 5 minute walk down a steep hill which isn't great if you have mobility issues. (There might have been a closer one but thats all we could find).

Parking inside hotel boundaries. We arrived late and our keys were left out for us. Comfy room. Good breakfast

Family holiday in a lovely location

Lovely family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Pool with a beautiful and I mean beautiful view. Great location to explore Lake Como, Lake Lugano and Switzerland. Thanks for a great week.

Good for a short break in the hills, but of a boring location except the wonderful driving and hills

Nice area, good apartment. Too big for solo traveller but nice shower and bed

The apartment was not part of the main hotel so it took a small walk, 5 minutes, to get to the bar and restaurant which weee not very well stocked

Unfortunately disappointing not withstanding the beautiful view

Great view from the room.

For the overseas guests travelling with us, there was insufficient lighting in their room even to read a book & a bath/shower with insufficient headroom to be able to stand up to get in & out of it. Our breakfast table was near to where the coffees were made & for our first breakfast, suffered the wrath of the staff member who banged everything she touched. When we asked if the tap was drinkable (as no bottled water was provided in the rooms) she told us it was but that she wouldn't drink it. At this point, she did get us with a couple of small bottles of mineral water. We were really surprised that when we went to pay the bill, the mineral water that she provided was charged for. Fortunately the second day we had a staff member who was very kind. Great that parking was available at the hotel but unfortunately, the space for maneuvering was very tight.

The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is around 15 min away from Lake Como, but we didn’t mind driving because the views are amazing! 100% recommend this place :)

Fantastic views, friendly staff, fab room we had the grotto room, good breakfast, very clean and well maintained.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room and not even a bottle of water on arrival.

Clean hotel, very nice and friendly staff(they the keys of the room at the reception with all the needed detail because of my late check-in), breakfast is decent, the room are spacious and the beds are large and comfy, price value ok.

A bit cold in the room during the night for my wife and my little kid (at the beginning of october, in the mountains) and we couldn't start any heat source.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

We liked the view. Breakfast was really good. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice.

There was no kettle or cups in the room to be able to make your own hot beverage at night, when the staff had gone home.

The hotel was clean, located in the nice place, quiet and they served good breakfast.

We had to pay tax twice! That was included in the price for the room at the Booking. But we had to pay it also when we were leaving the hotel. Receptionist doesnt speak English so I couldnt explain her that we already paid for it.
