The hotel is located wonderfully at the hill overlooking lugano lake. A very beautiful swimming pool and with a kitchen equipped with all basic items you need. great welcome package for drinks as well. a good place to chill

the bathroom cleaning can be better, some hair left at the mirror at arrival

Amazing holiday home!

Beautiful location, breath-taking views, very convenient apartment that had everything to feel like home, pleasant and relaxing pool area. Location of the property is great to explore Lugano and Italian border area while being in a quiet and cozy resort. Very nice front office team that made us feel welcome and efficiently managed all our requests. Thank you so much ,we cannot wait to be back!

It was rather hot during the night as well during the day. Although in the daytime the doors could be opened. No air-conditioning.

Great place to get away and relax and work remotely with a beautiful view.

It had no food on the premises but did have a small kitchen. Gorgeous view; spacious; nice patio with sunshine and stars Quiet Nice pool Beautiful surroundings and places to walk

We had no car and its tough because you have to walk to buses but we figured it out eventually. No nearby groceries and only 1 restaurant (albeit good). Needs a microwave.

I can recommend it to everyone.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room was enough big. The panorama from the teracce was wonderful. The girl in the reception was very helpful and kind.

The kitchen part was small. I missed the micro.

Size of the rooms! Kitchen, really sweet gifts on arrival, lovely lady who showed us arround the apartment, views and swimming pool

I would have preferred more light in the appartment. The bathtub was also a little dangerous 🙈 very torpedo formed... And the chairs on the balvony snagged a few items of clothes, sofa bed was unfortunately bent in the middle...

Great Place to stay.

Very clean and cozy apartment. The personal was very friendly, helpful and ready to help. The centro Cadro is on a skirt close to Lugano, if you arrived with your own vehicle, Lugano is like literally 7 min away. There is green all around, it has an on-site pool, not very big but enough to have a good swim. From it you can also see the lake and city. If you are a Tennis freak I’d say this is the place to be, you will be surrendered by courts. The decoration and furniture in the apartment made us feel like at home and very comfy.

I personally think the kitchen was very small , it also just had ménage for 4 people, so get ready to use the dishwasher per meal if you decide to cook. I don’t know if all apartments are the same.

Beautiful, calm and quiet area. The apartment was cosy with a nice terrace. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Good WiFi.

The drive down town or to the highway was a bit of a pain, on a small, winding road. So was the parking, which is a bit tight for large cars and far from many of the apartments. The reception has very limited opening hours. Could have used a microwave.

Nice for a short stay in the nature and close to Lugano!

We enjoyed the fact that we were "isolated" and could enjoy some peaceful time in the nature, close to Lugano. The swimming pool was, without any doubt, the highlight of our stay (but someone should remind kids that they are not allowed to jump/dive...) ! The staff was also quite friendly, thanks!

We were a bit disappointed with the flat that was allocated to us, we expected something close to the swimming-pool and instead of that we were on the opposite site, I was 7 months pregnant and it was hard to go through so many stairs up and down under 30 C every day... Also, there was no air conditioning which aggravated the situation, there is a fan but that's not ideal in Summer. Additionally, the kitchen facilities were quite poor, there was no oven/microwave, no sponge to clean the dishes, nor a dish drying rack... Finally, I would add some hand disinfectant for the guests given the current pandemic situation... Ah and beware of the mosquitoes, don't dare to open the windows at night or you will be "eaten alive"...

Il soggiorno sarebbe stato più piacevole con l'aria condizionata in camera da letto e meno zanzare

Bellissima vista dal balcone, appartamento grande e ben fornito, mi hanno permesso di soggiornare con i miei due gatti senza spese extra, posizione buona, ottima la piscina bassa per bambini.

L'aria condizionata era presente nel locale principale ma non nella camera da letto e questo è stato molto spiacevole. Ci hanno fornito un ventilatore ma non è la stessa cosa, senza contare il fatto che purtroppo anche il condizionatore ha smesso di funzionare proprio il giorno prima di ferragosto e abbiamo dovuto aspettare due giorni per la riparazione (e in quei giorni ha fatto molto caldo). In quell'occasione il personale è stato disponibile, ma alla fine era un problema di manutenzione quindi si sarebbe potuto evitare. C'è una zona giochi per bambini ma è impraticabile per via delle zanzare (che sono presenti in tutto il centro) e non è molto ben tenuta.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Alles war in Ordnung, gut ausgestattete Küche auch wenn sie etwas klein ist. Zimmer ist genug gross, wir haben sogar einen Hochstuhl mit Babyschale erhalten, was sehr gut war. Schöne Aussicht auf Lugano. Toller Pool.

Sehr ringhörig, sehr heiss da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden nur ein Ventilator, es darf auf dem Balkon geraucht werden, wir hatten leider das Pech das unsere Zimmernachbarn nur am rauchen waren von morgens bis abends, ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten (8.30-17.30) muss ein Nebeneingang benutzt werden, mit einem Kinderwagen sehr umständlich da dort nur Treppen vorhanden. Gang zum Pool ebenfalls nicht Kinderwagen freundlich.
