Sad

There was no one at reception. The site and building were completely dark when we arrived at 6:30 PM. There was no further contact during our stay (only by phone if necessary). We couldn't get a small drink or food near the location. The room was clean but basic. This location is really meant for winter sports enthusiasts. As a stopover on the way to Italy, the price is far too high if you only sleep and shower there. Upon departure, we didn't speak to anyone, and again, the reception desk was dimly lit. We left the hotel with a disappointing memory.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suite (6 Betten) ist gross und war sauber. Der Skilift Pian Cales und das Skigebiet Confin sind vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Eine Kleinigkeit: vielleicht sollte man für die Küche der Suite etwas bessere bzw. zusätzliche Rüstmesser zur Verfügung stellen.

Personale davvero gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare ben oltre il dovuto. Appartamento accogliente, spazioso e pulito, con vista sulle montagne. Colazione semplice ma piacevole, in locale accogliente. Facilitazioni per affitto attrezzatura da sci e skipass. 5 minuti a piedi dagli impianti di risalita.

Luci fredde e tristi, divano letto davvero scomodo, finestra scorrevole su balcone difficile da aprire e chiudere.

L'appartamento si trova in buona posizione, vicino a tutto. Colazione self-service, piacevole grazie alla presenza di una signora gentilissima e sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Gli spazi sono ampi, ben riscaldati e ben insonorizzati, garantendo un buon riposo. Personale reception gentile e disponibile per le nostre richieste.

I croissant del mattino pre-cotti e riscaldati (amo il pane appena sfornato). Le luci dell'appartamento un po' fioche, specialmente nel bagno c'era bruciata una lampadina. La mancanza di qualche bottiglietta d'acqua come ben venuto nel frigorifero da portare in camera di notte, ci avrebbe fatto piacere. (Anche se l'acqua del rubinetto sicuramente è più buona e pura).

Emplacement idéal. Excellent chauffage, sachant que c'était la saison d'hiver. Par contre, un peu cher pour une chambre de taille réduite avec une seule fenêtre et aucune vue.

Die Beleuchtung in den Fluren. Diese sollte automatisch mit Sensoren gesteuert sein, oder aber wenigstens die Lichtschalter mit Nachtlicht. Der Lärm (Musik) einer Disco, nehme ich an, welches die Nachtruhe erheblich stört.

I cuscini del letto davvero troppo molli. Purtroppo in altri appartamenti della struttura c’erano cani che abbaiavano e ululavano fino a sera inoltrata.

Es ist preiswert für die Schweiz.

Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, wir mussten telefonieren, um jemand zu finden. Die Benutzung der Garage wurde uns nicht erklärt. Es gab kein Frühstück. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man da kaum umdrehen kann. Die Betten sind extrem hart und die Kopfkissen fast nicht existent. Es ist unmöglich in dieses Betten zu schlafen.

Paesaggio spettacolare tra la neve

Un mio famigliare ha soggiornato in questa struttura una settimana, per un soggiorno di relax tra la neve. Tutto è andato come si immaginava. L' appartamento possiede i comfort necessari, la cucina è adeguatamente equipaggiata, ottima la pulizia, è tranquillo. Di facile accesso anche con i mezzi pubblici. Corretto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci ritornerebbe!
