Disappointing

Great location and very pretty hotel with all the rooms leading off from a central courtyard. Though with the cold, it meant you needed your coat to go anywhere onsite.

Every single thing that could be charged for was charged for, even water that was refilled from the tap. The cot we were given for our toddler had to be sent back as it was unusable and unsafe, with several holes in and bent poles so that the sides didn't click in to place. There were little kitchenettes in our rooms, but no pots or pans were provided, not even a glass to drink out of. There was no tea or coffee and when we asked for a kettle to be provided, we couldn't use it as it was full of black mould. Our shower screen was broken and rather than fix it, they had simply put a shower curtain up to fill the gap. There was a hole in the ceiling of our bathroom with a piece of tape just hanging out of it! The WiFi was awful and my friends incurred loads of international charges as a result. Overall, the hotel could do with more attention to detail and several repairs. The restaurant food was really good and the staff were very nice, but everyone at the hotel were all overworked and covering several areas all at the same time, which really impacted on the service provided and the experience we had. As a result, this shouldn't be rated as a 4* hotel.

Beautiful location with nice staff, but a bit underwhelmed by the hotel.

The staff are helpful, and the cleaning is very good. The location is lovely, great for walking but still close enough to the town centre. The breakfasts are very nice, great quality ingredients.

The rooms feel quite tired, they're all wood panelled with few soft furnishings so quite noisy. We found the facilities are a bit odd. There's a double hob and sink in each room, but when we asked if we could have plates or a pan we were told that it's only for heating baby food which didn't make a lot of sense. Had to 'borrow' a kettle and cups from them as there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Just all felt a bit confused and poorly thought out.

Rooms are quite old furnished. When we arrived, the personnel announced that sauna doesn’t work because it was a low season (last closing weekend), that was a bit pity because after ski we were planning to go there, and this fact should have been announced before during our booking.

Wonderful location, great mountain views and a nice small wellness! The reception was friendly and because one sauna was broken in the wellness we did get a nice discount and some extra time. The breakfast is also nice to wake up to.

The shower took a very long time to get warm. Also the showerhead itself was broken. Not what you expect from this type of hotel. We also reserved the wellness with friends, but the jacuzzi was set to 33 degrees which was too cold for us.

The quality of the food (breakfast and restaurant) is very poor. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, one of the worst beds I have ever slept in. The sofa bed was way more comfortable.

Schöner Kurztrip in toller Alpenlage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und freundliches Personal, charmantes Ambiente, extrem sauber. Frühstück qualitativ gut, auch in der Regionalität.

Schön wären Sitzmöbel und ein Tischchen auf dem Balkon sowie Gläser im Zimmer gewesen. Diese bekamen wir aber unproblematisch im Restaurant.

Überall Hunde. Wir hatten im Nachbarzimmer einen Hund. Dieser wurde einfach auf den Balkon gesperrt während die Besitzer vermutlich essen gingen. Der Hund hat drei Stunde ohne Pause gebellt. Das ist extrem mühsam. Es gab sehr viele Hundebesitzer als Gäste. Sowas brauche ich echt nicht. Die Zimmer sind generell sehr dunkel

Bellissimo hotel immerso nel bosco

Posizione tranquilla e strategica. Struttura molto bella. Colazione di ottima qualità (attenzione ai succhi di frutta in brocca.... così così). Ottima pulizia. Straordinario il servizio WiFi.

Piccolissimi dettagli che sicuramente piano piano verranno risolti sicuramente come il porta rotolo in bagno piuttosto che l'accumulo di acqua fuori dalla porta della camera dopo i temporali. (Forse uno scarico di scolo potrebbe risolvere il problema)

soggiorno mi e' piaciuto la location zona tranquilla e in mezzo al verde , la colazione molto variegata con dolce e salato

non ci e' piaciuto il materasso perche' era letteralmente scomodissimo , con molle scricchiolanti e direi ormai consumato, non ci e' piaciuto la quantita' del cibo della cena (direi poco visto i prezzi applicati) ci aspettavamo porzioni piu' abbondanti ( un esempio abbiamo ordinato 3 stinchi di cui 1 e' arrivato praticamente come porzione 1/3 visto il prezzo e' stato abbastanza deludente.)

Servizi ridotti ma prezzo pieno

Eravamo già stati al Boscone e ci eravamo trovati bene, per questo siamo tornati. Purtroppo questa volta l’esperienza è stata deludente. Abbiamo aggiunto l’accesso alla spa al costo di 25 euro a persona, ma l’acqua della vasca idromassaggio era fredda (29 gradi). Inoltre, sia nella spa che in camera non era disponibile l’acqua calda per fare la doccia. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, il personale ci ha detto che, essendo fine stagione, avevano ridimensionato la potenza delle pompe che riscaldano l’acqua. Troviamo deludente che, solo perché si è a fine stagione, gli ospiti vengano trattati in modo diverso. Il prezzo delle camere rimane però lo stesso. Abbiamo potuto fare una doccia calda solo dopo mezzanotte, quando sono state “riattivate” temporaneamente le pompe. Anche la cena non é stata all’altezza: ci è stato proposto la mattina all’arrivo in hotel un menù alla carta, ma al momento dell’ordine durante la cena la scelta era molto limitata, poiché lo chef era già andato via (sempre a causa della fine stagione). Situazione simile anche a colazione. Unico gesto apprezzabile: ci è stato offerto del vino per scusarci della mancanza di acqua calda.

Saff molto gentile e disponibile. Ristorante buono. Posto molto tranquillo, sulla collina. Accanto alla struttura c'e' un posto per noleggio degli sci. Navatte OK.

Le camere vanno migliorate nei dettagli: c'e' l'angolo cottura ma non ci sono posate o piatti o pentole. Il frigo e' piccolo. Gi armadi pochi e poco spaziosi. Poche prese elettriche, e questo e' scomodissimo. Accanto ai letti non ci sono i comodini. La porta si chiudeva con difficolta'. Schiuma da bagno e shampoo in monodosi.
