Perfect location if you want to stay in Mestre. A bus stop to Venice is just outside the hotel. A super market next to hotel. The room was big for a 4 member family and clean. Parking was easy nearby L.
The cooler in the room wasnโt cool enough for medicine. The neighbourhood and the surroundings are not very appealing to say it politely, but I didnโt mind since the purpose was to visit Venice.

Good connection to Venice and the lady from reception were amazing.
The furniture is old.

Liked the staff and location of the hotel. Disliked the fact that wear and tear of the furnishings, floor, etc. was visible. Bathroom was too small.
