Excellent value for money, very good location, very friendly staff and you can feel the warm relationship between them. Breakfast is simple, but everything was enough. Convenient location, near the station to reach Venice by train. The train ride to Venice takes about 10 minutes.

Ok comodo vicino alla stazione
Orario colazione = troppo tardi l’inizio alle 7,45 per un hotel vicino alla stazione ! Infatti non abbiamo potuto fare la colazione che era compresa nella tariffa ! Sciacquone in bagno da rivedere , ha gocciolato tutta la notte . !

The room (vast,choice furnitures),breakfast quite good.,central location..
Soundproof must be improved.After 1 day long journey it's gonna be frustrating to have to cope with other customers messing in the hallway,talking loudly inside the room or slamming doors, at night.
