Very old infrastructure with elevator comes with an ok breakfast

It is more slightly bigger compared with other places we stayed in Venice. Room comes with a lot of mirrors which could be fun and feel more spacious. The breakfast was ok. Thankfully there was an elevator to take us to each floor!

The hairdryer was ancient and not hot but just warm weak wind pushing out. The bathroom bin lid was completely broken, the lid was just sitting there. We can clearly hear noises from the hall and from other rooms above and surrounding us. Room key was this worn out chip card that works with a very slow response machine on each entry point from the gates to the room. It might be concerning if they don't change up the chip code after every visit. They also only gave us one card per room, we didn't ask for another copy since it was just a short stay to catch the morning train.

The double bed was two single materasses joint together, which is not ideal for couples. Make sure you request one! Also, note that there are two hotel ambasciata in Mestre - this one is the closest to the station.

Clean facilities. Great value and location. Very friendly staff.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is very clean. The breakfast is good. The location is great, not too far from the train station. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is super clean. The AC is strong enough to cool the room for a comfortable sleep. I will stay there again.

The outlet for the coffee maker seems hard to reach. It is not the end of the world, but I figured it out.

Poor & unsafe location, poor quality, and not recommended for families

I did not like anything about this hotel

The hotel was not in a safe neighborhood. We returned from Venezia around 21:00 and saw 3 prostitutes on the street and one was directly across from the hotel, we could see the woman from our hotel window. The beds were hard and the frames were plastic. We felt uncomfortable and completely unsafe the entire night - would not recommend this for any females or families.

Great staff and a safe hotel!

I loved how sweet and kind the staff was. They helped us with everything and answered every question that we had. The rooms were very clean and especially the cleaning staff. The breakfast was truly wonderful and had good opening/closing times (7.45-10.00). It was close to the train/bus station and was overall a great experience. I highly recommend!

Not a bad spot to stay for a night when transferring to airport but wouldn’t want to be here for long

Per una notte va bene!

Struttura abbastanza pulita. Presente tutto il necessario per una notte. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Venezia in treno. Per il prezzo pagato (49€ in due) non ci aspettavamo nulla di meglio.

Colazione minimal: l’orario è dalle 7,45 alle 10. Siamo scesi in sala colazioni alle 8,15 e già non era presente quasi più cibo. Il parcheggio è presente ma ci è stato detto che sarebbe stato possibile parcheggiare solo a partire dalle 14, un po’ scomodo se non si vuole perdere un’intera mattina, quindi abbiamo dovuto lasciare l’auto nelle strisce blu (a pagamento) adiacenti fino alla sera ovvero il momento in cui abbiamo fatto il check in essendo stati a visitare Venezia durante la giornata.

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione di Mestre, in una strada tranquilla, con parcheggio privato gratuito, stanze di dimensioni adeguate per brevi soggiorni e bagno ampio. Tutto molto pulito. Rapporto costo/servizi adeguato.

Saliscendi della doccia rotto, riscaldamento solo dalle 18 del pomeriggio (in bagno faceva decisamente freddo), la zona intorno alla stazione è sporca e mal frequentata (ma non è colpa della struttura,ovvio).

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Próxima a estação de trem, porém em uma rua tranquila sem grande movimento. O quarto tem dimensões adequadas. O café da manhã é bom, porém o espaço é pequeno para acomodar os hóspedes. Ter estacionamento no hotel é um diferencial. O Atendimento da recepção foi excelente, sempre nos ajudando com informações e com um café de cortesia na chegada.

Gute Lage und guter Service

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um vom Bahnhof Mestre nach Venezia S. Lucia zu fahren. Es war ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Safe, es wurde sofort gehandelt und ich hatte innerhalb weniger Zeit meine Dinge zurück. Scheut euch nicht bei jeglichen Problemen die Rezeption zu kontaktieren, sie werden euch gerne weiterhelfen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für einen Tag in Venedig.

Wir fanden es sehr warm in unserem Zimmer. Die Rezeption erklärte, dass liege daran, dass schon aufs Heizen umgestellt wurde. Als wir ankamen liefen alle Heizungen im Zimmer auf Hochtouren und es dauerte bis sie ganz aus waren. Auch bei vollständigem Abstellen kam etwas Restwärme aus dem Heizkörper. Bei gekippten Fenster haben uns Mücken gequält, was aber mit Autan dann gut auszuhalten war.
