Excellent location in Mestre with cafes, restaurants, and bars close by. A short walk to the train station for access to Venice. Accommodation was quiet and kept very clean. The room was very comfortable.
The staff were incredibly helpful to accommodate my late check in and early check out. All questions were answered very quickly.

Comfortable beds, great shower, and the owners and other staff were so very helpful. The neigbourhood restaurants and bars were very good as well. Interesting/cool area we were so happy we found! The owner kindly arranged our cab service to the airport, and that morning, while we waited in the courtyard, it was determined that our driver had an accident. Very quickly, one of the staff got the 5 of us plus all our luggage, another cab, which isn’t always an easy task in Italy. Kind, accommodating and helpful people. Thank you. 😊
Everything was wonderful but we should have asked for another key as one needed to stay in a slot to keep lights/power on. I had to let me husband out through the few doors ( good security) so I could remain in the room.

The staff were helpful but the reception was closed in the middle of the day
no tea coffee making facilities. only 3 awful tv stations. no information on how to get to Venice. The reception was closed so had to go to another hotel to get information
