The location is okay, about 10 minutes to the train station in Mestre. Close to shops and restaurants.
Only one bathroom with shower (without bathtub) for four rooms. The neighborhood is a bit rough.

It was clean and new
The owners seem to be new in this business so they need to learn a lot on how to make their guest more comfortable at their property.
Before paying, make sure you are getting a private room. Booking. Com has a glitch in the system so I got a shared one though I chose a private bathroom.
The main door was a nightmare to deal with.
Very old fashioned keys and doors that you u have to juggle with after a tiring day. šš¼ šš¼
Above all, they didnāt have any extra warm comforter/ blankets to use and those nights in Venice got extremely cold and uncomfortable. I couldnāt sleep both nights and when I asked, they said āwe canāt do anything, because itās unseasonably cold. Go get a bedspread from the living room. ā I mean, what the heck!!!! Will never go back there.

The apartment was located near the center of Mestre in a very nice area. The apartment and room were very clean and comfortable, and the room decor was especially cozy. Even though my partner and I arrived a little late at night, the host was there to welcome us, answer our questions, and help us with anything we needed. The host was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
