    There is no kettle and the bed are very small and unstable. Blanket was rough and small. The room is extremely small with nothing in it. And the staff are not friendly. Total disappointment

    We (family with 2 children) stayed at Hotel Venezia, Mestre on our back from skiing. The stuff was very kind, room clean and comfortable, breakfast very tasty. Location of hotel is great, near to public transport to Venezia. Around the corner is a mall with Pam supermarket. Overall, great value for money!

    Unfortunately, after the room cleaning my wife lost moisturizers from the table. We told receptionist but no reaction. We don’t want to blame for someone but it is the fact that someone stole them!!!
